I am trying to claim my pf amount online using uan portal since long time, but every time i am facing new errors. My uan is linked to aadhar and both are having the same details but i am still facing the attached error message.
It is saying basic attributes of demographic data did not match but per my knowledge all details are same and correct both on uan portal and aadhar. Is there any way to know which details...

I have done this process in last 23 days ago and there is no any action from epfo department.

Actual reason....

1. Employer in many cases try to hinder the employee in claiming the pf for some reasons at work. For this reason claiming/transfer method changed to get the claim/transfer by the consent of either old or new employer. This was great.

2. Now, offline system abandoned to digitization of entire process. This was applauded.

3.in digitalization, again employee has to consult the oldemployer to get the transfer.br...

I had submitted an online claim for my pf on 5/3/2019. Claim status showed "settled on 15/3/2019 and money transferred through neft". It is 29/3/2019 today and i still haven't got my money in my account. Epf grievance submitted multiple times. Contacted them on facebook by commenting on a wall post. And after 5 days, the response i got was "your money will be credited shortly". Its been 4 days now. Even money order...

I called the epfo office at bandra on the following number:
[protected]. My call was initially not received. I called back again a few times and then the call was answered but the receiver was kept aside or the phone was kept on mute. And this is happening again and again.

This is really very very irritating as i don't have time to keep calling and what is the use of giving phone numbers for these government offices...
