I am distributor of eprs buysmart (distributor no-EB03341) from last 3 year . I had 24000 balance in my account till January, after restarting service in Feb i couldn't use my account balance, there is message of " insufficient amount balance in ID " . My all retailers Account 's Balance are also blocked, They also Couldn't use their balance. After it i contacted with Buysmart's sales executive . Buysmart's Sales executive Promised Me to...

We are having Rs3500 in their account even then recharge not possible giving error as no balance.ccare replying that we have to add new balance to do recharge and the old balance is useless.they are simply shaving our money.

If any one knows under which govt depot they have registered or took license, we can lodge complaint in the http://pgportal.gov.in/GrievanceNew.aspx...

I have 235 rs balance in eprs account but when ever i recharge through eprs portal i got error that you have not sufficient balance even if my recharge amount will below 235.
I cant recharge any mobile network and dish tv network.
This happen from last 3 months.
i have spoken with customer care but not getting response at all..
Please help me to get my money back.

I am distributor of eprs buysmart from last 2year but now they blocked my all services. Mine 64000/-amount of money have been hanged up. I have called up today to the customer care number they are telling to me update more money in the account. After than only it will be refunded to u.
I have no money to update.
They have told me to wait For 1month after than only they return with interest.
So for one month no business....

Im distribuitor of eprs buysmart my dt code is eb07415... im business with eprs last 2 years last 25 to 28 days ago sysstem is down and no recharge possible.. im contactto custemer care as well as sales person he dont get proper solution..8 feb 10 feb date start service he say but dont start service and not solution of this matter so solve problem...

I am a distributor of this company. Since the past 1 month non of their services are working.
They has blocked my Money Around Rs Fifty Thousand Only(50, 000) and they are not will to return the money.
I am scared this company may loot me .

Last month on 9th december i had recharged my Tatasky account through a dealer of amount 300 Rs.
He made a wrong recharge on another tatasky account through EPRS. Now they are telling that we can't get back the amount recharged without contacting the other tatasky account and that person is not responding at all. So, there is no solution of my query.
Please guide me....
