Not getting after sales support for Faber chimney

Hello Team,
I have raised concern of frequently restarting Faber chimney even power off from panel.. case reported to Faber support team but they denied to provide service even product is under warranty.
Now asking me to pay in advance to replace PCB faulty part in chimney
I have escalated this issue with them but no luck.
I would like to file a case in consumer court.

Please fix this ASAP

Complaint regarding water heater of 3 Liters

Faulty water purifier

Brought Faber water purifier in September 2023 and till today 16th oct i am trying to reach Faber no one is responding .

its became mantle tension because of these guys . crap company i will never recommend any products...

Faber 3 burner

Good Day
We brought the 3 burner Faber stove from Pathanthitta 2 months ago cost of 25000.
since then we have issue with the stove. Customer care change the big burner due to issue. Also we reported about the Nob which is made of steel and it's getting hot while cooking, we can't even touch the Nobe after cooking we have to use cloth to hold the Nobe. Customer care said they can't change the Nobe Even though it has warranty....

I wrote this email 9 days back, got no response on email. We were still calling them through toll free number and 2 days back a person came, told that he will be back in 2 days and replace a part of it. He is not picking our calls and we are back to where we started.

Faber HCT 753- SR

I have been calling Faber from 25th of September to change my Hob, and burner . I must’ve called almost 50 times to the customer care and my issue is still pending.
No one is ready to respond properly. The second complaint again I registered was on 2nd of October.it’s been 16 days they are fooling me around. They gave me me contact number of some senior person.

Chimney Hood Peepy Plus

I purchased Chimney Model Hood Peepy Plus BK LTW 45 and Installed on 20.01.2018. The chimney was working fine. On 09.07.2023 the chimney filter got broken due to ageing. request was given and your M/s AVON Marketing Enterprise at Kolkata given authority to replace the same. Complaint about the Charges of Pipes of Chimney

Address:E301 , Umang winter hills , Sector 77 , gurgaon

I had asked for the installation from Faber, the engineer came and charges me 1500 for 1st pipe and 1200 for the 2nd pipe, although the 2nd pipe was only 20% used, he said that company will charge full.
I am not sure why Faber is looting customers when the pipe is not used full then also he has to pay the full price...

Defective Panel board

Replacement of Burners under warranty

I purchased a Faber Hob Nexus 604 on 30th July 2022 from Zee electronics store in Mumbai and all 4 of my burners have gotten ruined already. It has been 2 months since my burners have stopped working and I've called multiple times. Once a service person came to check it and asked for money to get it changed. I am deeply disappointed and alarmed by the recent incident involving my Faber Chimney. Just two days after the warranty expired, the chimney malfunctioned catastrophically, causing an explosion-like blast, and shattering glass pieces all over my kitchen floor. This horrifying experience has left my family and me in a state of shock and disbelief.

We had purchased the Faber Chimney with high hopes of improving our kitchen environment....
