Date of purchase 2.8.2018 from titan store (Pooja times) bangalore.
I noticed the time changes automatically and stops sometime. Given back to pooja store and got it back after service, but still had the same issue.
Now given again to service center nearby no. 4m-404 hrbr layout on 27/04/2019. They said they will change the internal part. On 30/04/2019 collected the watch back from service center. Now i noticed the issue still...

This is in reference to my order No- 467038. I would like to raise a complaint because I have not received the product yet.

The Bluedart website might show that it has been delivered on my name but the fact is I have not received it because I was not at home. Nobody was at the address when this update was loaded. I checked with our security guard but they also confirmed that no parcel has been handed over.

I have booked a cab from thirumullaivoyal to to chennai egmore railway station at 7.15pm on 16/04/2019. The booking was done prior to 6pm in advance.. But up to 8 pm i did't get any call from driver or msg from fast track office... My train was around 9.20pm... Finally around 8.20pm i have booked another uber call taxi and running to train at the last minute.. I suggest please don't use fast track call taxi... It is worst in service and respond...

My fiancé and i both purchased fastrak devices at costco. We followed the instructions on the packaging which resulted in a $25 credit, instead of the $30 promised on the packaging along with a $25 charge to our credit cards.

I have purchase Fastrack NK 3039SL02 from showroom of Lucknow and within 30 days its strap got crack .when I went to the service centre employees over there were telling that strap is not kept under guarantee. why should I pay for this kind of material which is getting cracked within one month. it is worst company for me I will never buy this product in my future and please take possible actions against this thank you...

I have booked through fast track app from my location to chennai airport on 09/11/19 at 11.15 p. M. I booked at early noon on the same day and i got confirmation message too. Hi i am rubban from kanniyakumari. My sun glass lens has damaged severely and needs replacement. For this i contacted titan eye plus store at nagercoil. But they told me that there is no spare for the model and also in addition they advised me to throw away and buy a new model.

I have purchased on online fasttrack combo pack of 3 watches for women. They are worst in quality and not working from first day. At the time of order they show returns in one month, but after delivery that is shown return in two days only. This is cheating customers. Waste of money. I have purchased for 1200 rs. But the quality is not much/ worst quality....

I have a brown strap fastrack watch, the strap is teared apart now i need to change it, so i visited a nearby titan showroom but the same material and quality of the strap is not present, so i visited a lot of titan showrooms nearby but still they don't have the same thing, the strap they are providing is of bad quality and also not the same as i bought it with the watch dial, and also they are charging a lot for that duplicate strap around...

I have ordered a fastrack combo watch through an online and got the products but quality of product was really bad those even not worth for 100 rupees.
The have sent many emails to customer care id [protected]@gmail.com but till date no response seen on email nor call for return it...

I am perches on men watch model no 3039sfc watch in 15th jun 2017 but using this product my recommendation do not perches this product use in minimum 6 month watch dial in very sharping cut to skin. I am purchasing date to till date 6 time to servicing this watch, i am very dis pointed in fast track company.
My so many friend ask the how is watch my recommendation is do not buy this product you can see another product....

I believed that fasttrack is good for packages trip. But they failed two times and they kept me in critical situation. Even if they not able to do they should intimate us in prior.
I really dislike and disappointed with call centre people they always lie like cab is near by will be reaced in 5 minutes, but they will not share mobile of cab driver and making us fool.
I will not try fasttrack hereafter....

I purchased a Fastrack women's watch on 28/05/2017, but it stopped working after the 3 months of purchase. I went to the service store and got it repaired and again it stopped several times and repaired almost more than 10 times.
Even after getting service from Fastrack service center many times, the problem is repeating several times.
