I am a Advisor in ICICI Pru Life Ins. Co. and ICICI Pru sent me two expensive gift to me through first flight courier first Airway Bill number C06196687 and second Airway Bill number C06341605.

I am continuesly contacting with ICICI pru & first flight courier (Dilshad Garden Branch) and as per courier company response they told me that these gift delivered at my home on 6 jan 2009 and 23 Jan 2009...

The Agent accepted the packet after making it confirm that the service is available for the place. First flight couriers office at Kottayam, Kerala had send back a parcel addressed to me with out delivering.
Even though, there was complete address available, they had mentioned addressee not traceable. If there is a telephone number availble, they will infor the recipient to collect it from there office and never delivers at the door steps....

But the agent delivery the same to some other person in my town. My Courier no C12326801, courier is dispatched from chennai dated 14.12.2008 (adayar ) to tirunelveli .still now it is not delivered by me. i can not get the details from online also. because in online status - delievered time and date is empty.

i enquire about one of our warrant which was despatched from mumbai, and i was suppose to receiev the same today but on calling courier office the person online said that i have to send somebody to collect the packet, when i opposed and said its your duty then person started behaving rude and said in that case we will not deliver it today, it will given tommorrow only.this kind of behavoiur is untolerable....
