I had purchased a center table from godrej named as godrej one no. Alice coffee table from the agency named 'bharat commercial agency' in boring road, patna, bihar.
After receiving the product i noticed that the glass mounted at the bottom shelf of the table is not screwed properly and bend. I have called the customer care as well as the shop continuously for last 1 month and everytime they say person will come to fix it but no body...

It's been about almost a one and a half month already for almirah from godrej since it delivered to me. Since then i'm still struggling for the missing part which is yet to be deliver. I get only scripted responses that they will get back to me and i was told that all this will be resolved by mid of this week, but nothing has happened. When i asked to helpdesk on this.. I had booked for kreation wardrobe and 6 nos of rose chairs from patel furnishers on 8-10-17 with 10 k advance vide booking number 0016348. Last year i bought a central table from godrej interio in bangalore which costed more than normal but because of the brand name i went for that.in feb this year it got broken and it took 2 weeks for the service person to correct it. Two months before it got broken again, one of the leg got detached from it. I called the customer care...

I have purchased a sliding door wardrobe from godrej interio fort outlet in oct 2016. Order no 0029369. Installation was done in jan 2017 as per our request. From the time the installation has been done there has been numerous problems.

We had purchased a steel wardrobe from m/s geejgadiya & brothers, 132-132a, sultan nagar, gujar ki thadi jaipur, on[protected] vide bill no a-68 dated[protected] for rs 26500/-

For delivering the wardrobe at first floor of our house, an amount of rs 1000/- was charged extra from us and was damaged in the process.

At the time of receiving i have clearly mentioned to your engineer that defect, but after a lapse of 6 months no body attend the defect. It is regd. Invoice no : 80i 24224434. After first installation we found few scratches and requested for door replacement. The replacement item has come couple of month before. After 1.5 years of purchasing the product, installation not done yet. I called several times in your customer care to send technician for installation but no one come yet.
