Provided faulty refrigerator and not fixing within warranty

I had bought refrigerator from Hitachi in May 2019, and immediately after delivery we noticed unexpected noise in its compressor. So I logged complain and their technician acknowledged the issue with compressor, but consoled us that it won't be a problem.
Now in July 2021 refrigerator's compressor stopped working and on logging complain, the technician said compressor replacement would be required.

Air Conditioner

I bought hitachi 1.5 ton split ac model no. Rsd317hbea on 01.03.2018. I have purchased this ac from reliance digital, phoenix mall, chennai. Since then i faced 3 times gas problem, copper coil leakage & outdoor fan issue. It costs me rs 20000/- till date. This hitachi product has irritated me a lot and i have to incur huge loss on its repair and maintenance. The company should change my unit, because the dealer is not paying any attention...

Refrigerator

Complaint number [protected] for REFRIGERATOR in New Delhi

8.5 ton commercial ac

This is the worst decision I have made. I got there commercial unit installed in my restaurant and I havent slept one day in peace. Problems starting from first day. And I am crying for help to their service centre and they are saying service engineer would visit after three years. I am loosing business every hour and they said their service engineer would visit after three days.

Poor quality AC

I bought this hitachi window air conditioner, Model- HItachi 1.5Ton 3 star Copper Kaze Plus RAW318HEDO (R-32) from tatacliq, seller (Great Eastern Retail Private Limited) on 04/07/21. It was installed yesterday( 08/07/21).

Complaint for Double Door Refrigerator

I have a Double door refrigerator of Hitachi. It encountered a problem of cooling almost a month ago and required compressor change and two other parts also. The service centre had booked all the parts almost 3 weeks back and I had paid 6000 in advance for that, but still, those parts are in transit as told to us by service centre executives. If this is the kind of service provided by Hitachi I would never recommend anyone to buy the products...

Water leakage from new split AC indoor unit

My newly bought (March 2021) 1.5T split-inverter AC developed a fault because of which the Indoor Unit has been leaking water incessantly, I complained about the same on 10th June 2021, following which technician visited on 12th June and diagnosed the problem to a faulty part. Last yest my AC stopped working so I booked a service with you guys. trusting your expertise, I didn't book any local vendor for my AC service. Your engineers visited my place and fixed my AC. It took them around 2 days and that was quite acceptable to me also because you are the experts and you know your product better. It costs me around 3000 that time....

1.5T Window AC (HITACHI AC 318 HEDO)

I bought a new Hitachi 1.5 T AC on 22.06.2021. The same day it started giving trouble.

Firstly when the AC delivered its fan was loose and it was not working.
Secondly the compressor was getting in just 15 min time.
Today (26.06.2021)a service engineer came and found that the compressor is getting over hot and getting stopped due to this.
This is the second time the problem came with the new Hitachi AC.br...
