Ticket cancelled on 30 march2018 till date i didnt get my refund to my bank.
Am also sent account statement 4 times. Now am tired mailed alot.

I tried to book the Tatkal ticket and payment was made through paytm. Amount of Rs 2236.52 was deducted from my paytm [protected], but due to non available of seat service was not rendered and received SMS that amount Rs 2190 will be refunded. Now where my difference has been gone.
This is not the first time I have faced the problem. Also 48 hrs has been crossed but still the amount not received back to my paytm account....

I was trying to book a ticket from cstm to ang (Train 51033) dated 25-apr-18, on 24-apr-18 under the tatkal scheme for 3 passengers amounting to inr 750 through the irctc app.

The first attempt failed after entering the otp due to server issue though the payment was failed, the amount of 750 was deducted from my account
The second attempt also failed after entering the otp due session expiring, but the amount was again...

I booked a tatkal ticket pnr no - [protected] in sapt karanti express from anvt to bth on 14/04/2018 but it went on waiting and did not get confromed. After 2 days it's automatically got cancelled. Now it is more than 10 days but yet i did not get my money refunded.

This is to bring to your kind notice that the train we booked on 3/4/2018 Marudhar express was running late and no message for the same was sent to us. We checked the same through NTES app and it was 9+ hours delay. I have been traveling for bank audits where in travel plans need to be on certain date. I waited the next day uptill 8:30 when the delay was even more. So had to book another train for the same date by Ranikhet express. Unfortunately...

I had done three transaction on irctc at 13/04/18 for traveling bilaspur to wardha & also nagpur to bilaspur but same time all three transaction has failed by irctc and refund didn't deposit in my account my three amount type of rs, 780/rs, 750/rs, 470 & transaction is following [protected]/[protected]/[protected] i have prescribed transaction details pls, solve my problem...

The air line has refunded amount of 1598 on 6 march 2018. Irctc is not refunding it back to my account. It is now nearly one and half months.
Toll free number is not accessible.
I tried sending them emails but their reply is always the same... "under process".
Totally unprofessional attitude.
Will never ever recommend....

No water in coach 12618 on date 22/4/2018 the train depart in morning 9.15 am from nizamuddim. I am traveling from ndls to raipur in bilaspur rajdhani with train number -12442. Pnr number is pnr - [protected]. My father and myself has back problem. There is so much if jerking in the train that, the problem has raised very much. The laptop in my hand also dropped from my hand due to the jerking. I can understand a website taking time to develop granting when it was created. But then, after more than 15 years, when it is the main stream regarding india's main transportation - indian railways, the services going down is a joke..

Exact problem is "server error" at 4:30 pm ist - apr 21, 2018.

I have booked a train ticket mumbai to kudal of journey dated 13.04.2018 and kudal to mumbai of journey dated 23.04.2018. Due to personal reasons i have cancelled the both tickets on 13 april 2018 and 14 april 2018. The ticket has been cancelled successfully, and in the cancelled ticket option it is showing "refunded" but amount still not refunded back to the account. What should i do to get the money back?

The tdr filed against pnr number [protected] with reason train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled. Has been repudiated by system why it is repudiated by the system as if the passenger is not travelled & train is late by 6 hours,
It is clearly chked online that train is late by more 6 hours and i am having proof that psg not travelled then how railway says wrong for refund of amount.

I have booked ticket in tatkal quota on 14 april 2018. Pnr no. [protected] on train no. 12658 for the date 15 april 2018, it went for waiting list till date refund amount was not received in my bank a/c. I have paid online through icici bank. Rs. 1080/-
In irctc website is showing that rs.900/- was refunded on 18 april 2018, through zkpy bank.

Sir, please resolve the issue and send refund amount to my registered icici...
