amount deducted but the ticket nt booked and its been 3 days but the amount is still not refunded

I booked ticket online from bct to kota on 10th nov. Date of journey is 11th dec. The ticket amount was 6490. Train name is ndls durronto. The payment was done but the error msg popped up of ticket not booked. I mailed irctc regarding this but i am only getting automated response even their phone numbers are always on busy mode. Its been 3 days and i have not heard from them neither my amount is refunded.

too delay of train 12510 on 13/11/17

Passengers are suffering because of this late... Why such a terrific delay is happening... 6 hrs delay.. It is unbearable... By this time it would have crossed Vijayawada but it s not yet reached rajahmundry.. Wht s the compensation irctc going to pay for passengers... Only thing irctc can do is raising ticket fare and providing worst service... Just come and sit with us then u can understand our trouble......

poor services or intolerance

I am not so much influenced by your so called railway system, is that really what our pm is decidind to be have in future but now here i want to say that the fans and the charging ports are blocked by some of your railway staff plz check this problem as quickly as possible. We are in

made payment but didn't get ticket

Through sbi debit card i purchased worth rs707.08 on pos irctc85505 at ptm*irctc txn# 420852 for the train nagpur to cstm number 12290 on 12 nov 2017
But i didn't get ticket and not only that i couldn't book confirm takal ticket for other train. It is unnecessary suffering.
Pls do the needful to get me refund.

I had traveled from bangalore to kochuveli on 26th october 2017 on the train bangalore kochuveli express (16315). I had bought chappati & egg curry from the pantry services provided in the train. Two days later i was diagnosed with dysentry. I have heard about the bad quality of food being served and the conditions in which the items are prepared. I regret to take anything served in the railways furthur....

absence of train compartment in which my seat was reserved

Hi all,

I was travelling from ludhiana to delhi on 8th nov, 2017 early morning. I have reserved my seat in sleeper class train

ticket generation of reserved train

We are travelling from shridham to bhopal at 5/11/2017. We have asked the ticket generator to give us the ticket of janshatabdi he gave us that ticket and said the reservation will be done inside the train by tc. But when we are travelling in the train the tc charges the fine for that train and doesn't gave the reserved ticket for some charge. I want to complain that why ticket counter person gives us the ticket for janshatbdi if it is fully...

It is an irony that the pm of this country is seeking to go for digitilization and one of its own prominent agency (Indian railways) is setting example so pathetic that anyone would get scared to go digital.

ticket booked under pqwl quota

Ticket was booked in 4 months advance on21 july for 18 nov.2017. While booking seats were available but after payment booked ticket was on pqwl waiting list. If the tickets can not be confirmed then why it is getting booked giving trouble to public and wasting there money. If any ticket can not be confirmed it should not be booked. ticket refund showing account closed

My bank account was locked when refund was initiated, which is why refund status on irctc shows account closed.
Bank account has been activated again but there is no option on irctc site to get the refund back.
I tried to contact irctc on the phone numbers (+[protected], +[protected], +[protected], +[protected] but it seems there are no representative to attend these calls. I also tried to contact through mail...

cancellation fees for sleeper class train ticket before 15 days of travel

I have cancelled irctc train ticket vide pnr [protected] for sleeper class, the ticket is booked for 26-nov-17 travel, but i have cancelled the same on 10-nov-17, the cancellation fee charged for sleeper class was 120/-, as per irctc refund rules e-ticket cancellation fees for sleeper class is 60+20+applicable tax, where as irctc deducted 120/- from the amount i paid, which is totally wrong, i called irctc and explained and they do not have...

I booked tatkal ticket on 11-nov-2017 as the availability of seat shown by irctc i immediately proceed to book. But i dont know why irctc did that transaction/deduction done in my account without booking my ticket.

taking more amount by your mka plaza

Please note that i sushant kumar travelling by 13287 on date 10 nov 2017.
At the above stall the price of samosa written rs 20 for two, but debited 25 for two from all the customers.
When iasked about this, the manager returned me rs 5/-.
But this is not fair.
Why they do this dirty work from all another customers in front of me.
