[Resolved] Irctc — Booking of Tatkal Tickets | |||
On 18 December-2014 morning @ 10.00AM, we had Login our IRCTC account for Tatkal Ticket Booking from Patna to Ahmedabad in Azimabad Exp. After feeding all details, while booking the message appears "YOU ARE PERMITTED ONLY 2 TATKAL TICKETS BETWEEN 10AM TO 12 PM PER IP ADDRESS" Whereas we have not booked any tickets from my IP address. There is no transparency in Indian Railways. Finally we didn't got tickets. Within 2-3 minutes after opening of tatkal booking all tickets has been sold out. How it is possible? My friend was also facing similar problem, but finally we found that problem is with ISP (Internet service provider). All the homes in our apartment, who are taken same ISP were given same IP. Usually this will happen with Local ISP. With Airtel, BSNL, Hathway etc, this problem will not occur.
I dont know what is the problem in your case, but after changing ISP, my friend's problem is solved
