I have reserved a seat in other travels. They changed seat to Kaveri travels out of some issue. My boarding time is 9.10 pm yet they asked time till 9.45pm because it is different travels. When I call at 10 pm asking still bus has not yet reached. He says it takes some more time. I asked you should have told the exact time and he says it takes 10.15pm to start bus in Chandanagar. I have booked bus from hyderabad to nellore. As bus promised timing to drop in nellore is 7:00pm. But still 8:30 bus is not reached to nellore. And the driver and helper is getting the passengers in between villages. They are not at all answering about the late.

I booked kaveri travels a/c bus from bangalore to piduguralla... At around 9 pm bus stopped for dinner break and at 9:30 they left me at the restaurant and started the bus without counting the no of seats/ all passengers came or not... I don't have bus driver contact number too... So i called to bangalore office and got the number... Thank good there is one more kaveri bus (Non-a/c) at the same restaurant... So both drivers talked each other......

We r travelling from vizag to hyd. The bus should start 9:55 pm at kurmanapallem but because of some repair work they came at 12:00. And again they continued the a. C. Repairing in kurmanapallem bus stop and started at 1:00 am..
How irresponsible you ppl are.. And we are still in the bus near suryapet.. Around we 'll reach 11:00 am to lbnagar.. Actual time is 7:30...
I never recommend kavali travels...

Dear sir/madam,
The bus has to reach to mysore by 8:15am. Still it is in bangalore due to bus break down. We have exam at 12:30 pm in mysore. Because of bus worst maintaianace we missed the exam. Even driver is also not responsing properly. The exam is very important to us. Who will be responsible for the loss happened to us. We will never book kaveri travels.
How a bus will enter into the city after 7am when it is running...

I am travelling from mysore to ongole, the bus stopped after maddur in a fish curry hotel. Being a vegetarian, at least cudnt get some decent veg food. Upon enquiring the driver told every bus will stop here only. Bus no is py04 2534. Worst hotel and worst food for vegetarians. Kindly stop this. Where should vegetarians eat. This was a big surprise altogether.

We have booked 15 carton boxes to bangalore as a cargo service thru Kaveri Cargo service on 12/06/18 around 4.30pm. The Employee who manages the cargo services (Name: Ramakrishna) has given duplicate hand written printed bill initially with an amount of Rs. 3000/- and he said printer is not working to provided the computer bill. We agreed for the amount and paid the 3000 rupees. Later he provided computer bill with amount of Rs.1995/- only...

Me and my wife traveling from visakhapatnam to hyderabad.. They stopped the bus for toilet break at 5 an in the morning.. Hi, today i want to send my brother from mysore to hyderabad.
I asked cleaner whether this bus will go to hyderabad at infosys campus. I way he responded was not acceptable. Joining his hands, driver also started arguing with me in rood way. There body language was as if they are ready to fight.
I don't understand r u appointing kind and police drivers who r friendly with passengers or rowdies who want to fight with passengers.br...

I was travelling overnight from goa to mumbai in their sleeper bus. Suddenly, at around 12:10 am the emergency door that was in my seat opened and i was about to fall out of the bus when it was running at a speed of about 80-90 kmph. This happened multiple times during my journey and was very disturbing as it could prove fatal. I have booked my travel ticket from chennai to vizag on 24.08.17 for 2460/-. It is the double charge as compared to usual charges. I was stucked in traffic and requested them to wait for 10minutes. But they just said sorry and disconnected the call. I have again contacted but the way they spoke to the travellers is just ridiculous. Pl take action on such staff and if repeats it damages the reputation. Any how i'm not going to prefer this...
