I have 811 account and such a pathetic service when reached in sector 31 Gurgaon branch asking to make a call and raise complaint. While I applied for 811 account I was informed zero balance account and use as usual no clause. I have account opened in Kotak Mahindra Bank since 2018. Since then i havent used much and trying to close my account since 2019 due to pandemic and other delays in bank opening. I have received no support whenever i call for closure of my bank account.

I was getting charged for not maintain the balance. I wanted to close the account but then the customer representive told me not to close instead make it 0 balance account.
