I returned product on 5 dec 2023 and it’s 15 today . No refund has been granted. Neither customer care is answering call nor responding to emails....

I have returned my item on 5th December 2023 and it’s 15 today still no refund issues. Customer care not answering calls and not responding to emails also ....

Placed return request for a product on 04 Dec which was accepted. However the product has not been picked up till now. The custome care toll free number is always busy, and this i am saying after trying for 50 times for continuous 5 business days.
I have sent two mails which as per them will be replied within 1 business days have not been replied for more than 7 days. Need help please...

Also, I have tried calling and emailing there phone numbers multiple times, but none of them actually work. Their phone number always says that the call volume currently is too high and advises to send an email, but...

I have ordered two highwaist jeans from levi's India on 27th November 2023 but got a Mid Waist jeans means different style. So very next day I raised a return request and my product was picked up successfully on 1st dec 2023. And sent back to the seller after 2-3 days I received a return confirmation email as well. They are not receiving coustmers and they are spoke in a rude way.That was really bad experience for me.I didn't faced this type of situation in any of my experience. It was totally wrong way to speak with coustmers.please take action on them. It is very serious that I wanna register a police complaint on them ....

I've ordered 4 items from the Levi's website and got only 3 of them in a single package. Waited for the 4th one but it is showing as 'delivered' in the order section. I wrote an email to the customer care. They have audacity to tell me that I haven't responded to their email when it was me kept writing emails asking about updates. My order is prepaid so, my money is gone and no product or atleast update from them. Worst customer care possible!!...

I placed an order with the Levis Website the payment was processed but they show the order was unsuccessful. I raised a concern with Levi's about the order, they mentioned that it would be refunded within 7-10 Days. Today is the 13th Day I have not received any refund yet. Hi sir,
I ordered jeans, returned them and requested for refund. I got mail from Levi's for bank details but didn't accept it shows a response is required even though I put all the details.
Please let me know if there are any other steps regarding specific bank details I will provide.

It’s been a month these people haven’t refunded me my money I’m fed up of posting complaints and sending emails ! These losers have stop responding!
