Kindly find the trailing mail, where I submitted medical bills ( Attached here) after discharging from the hospital. she is operated on due to Fissure. (waiting period is 1 year for claim). But my policy is of 1 year 6 months. Operation done after 1 year 6 months policy period.

I submitted the Claim documents with in the prescribed time limit.
But your office asked for Addtional documents. Then...

Urgent/ Refund of cancelled appointment

Hi,

I have booked an appointment on 27th Feb, 2021 with appointment ID : 4504212 and 4504215 after paying INR 8000 (IMPS Ref. No :[protected] on 25th Feb 2021. After reaching to center, it has been found that some of the committed tests are not happening. Hence, I have cancelled that appointment on 27th Feb, 2021; however, i still did not get any refund from you.
It has been more than month and I am still waiting...

MediAssist TPA Insurance company denying hike to its all employees for the last 2 years and stating that due to pandemic situation couldn't be able to give and that too its a insurance TPA company for the corporates but rest of the non-insurance sector companies are offering lot to their employees.

Actually they were waited for the news COVID wave-2 to say excuse to their employees....

Reimbursement is not started to progress more than a month.

I raised for reimbursement after the hospitalization. And the reimbursement raised on March 18, 2021 but still any updates from medibuddy. And I have contacted through their email complaints and customer care service. They said they have forwarded the request to the concerned team but still no response for more than 10 days.

Delaying the insurance claim

Very bad whole recovery the claim process. They are telling will do final submit within 2-4 hr. But it's taking more than 6hr.

So befrank don't have any medical insurance....

Cashless query not approved since more than 24 hrs.

Hi,
I had my mother eye surgery completed yesterday. Hospital had sent an email with all the details yest morning 10am.
I have been chasing mediassit team to check the status on approval. I've called up team around 10-15 times and even spoke with one of the Lead Mr Giri Rao.
Apart from assurance, that it will done in next 30 mins, nothing till now is done.

I need to escalate and make they address my issue...

Not processing reimbursement claim money

Medi assist india is not processing my reimbursement claim money.there have took more than 3 months to complete the processing and now when i have submitted all the documents they are not disbursing my reimbursement amount for more than 3weeks. Taken Premium but not granted the policy

Token the premium amount in Oct 2020 and as of date (Jan 28 2021), still did got the policy. Support team claimed refund in 10 business days. But even after 90 days, no refund credited and they keep annoy with same same questions again and again in circles and they keep saying wait for another 10 days. This is never ending...
