a complaint made regarding service not provided by asansol authorised service center.but a person anuj srivastava made a phone call to [protected] for providing invoice and confirm for return of mobile price for within warranty period and falsely claim bank a/c no and oter details.please confirm whether mr anuj is your staff or not .accordingly action willbe taken....

I am using Micromax A-177 Canvas purchased from Planet M Janakpuri, new Delhi on 15/09/2014 and when my phone was not starting I went to Authorised service station Rapid communication Tilak Nagar in July 2015 to get it checked. It was a shocking experience to hear from them when they refused to entertain my request on the ground that in their system the warranty got expired. I am having the entire kit and original bill but nobody is helping....
