we have purchased cadbury dairy milk chocklate fruit & nutbar code( H10523) mfg pkd (05/11) when we open the chocolate packing then i see in chocolate mix with insect. Tried to call on their toll free number printed on the pack [protected] but no response.
What should i do ?...

I am very sad to complain that a few days before i had a cadbury silk in that silk i found small peaces of pebbles. I am sad that we buy your products because we trust you and the company cadbury so please take care of it. Even though we pay Rs.50 for silk we find such cases....

Received an e-mail saying they were from Cadbury World. They are a real company, but they are not going to give away money. They said they were going to give away two million, five hundred thousand in british pounds. What a joke. The Cadbury World Company should know their good name is being smeared....

I purchased four cadbury choclates in a reliance mart. However on opening it, i was shocked to note that two of them were full of fungus and were fully spoilt.

My sister son had his 3rd birthday and they invited 30 children over. (sisters kids, nephews, friends from school, previous playgroup children and so on) She asked me to help her with the food and partypacks that each will receive.

We decided on a few things (chomps included) It was so convienient using cadbury's party pack chomps because it has 30 mini chomps inside. I knew this because I buy myself a pack like that...

I purchased some Cadbury Eclairs candys from our local market of B-Block, Sector 62, Noida. While chewing, I was surprised to find a metal piece of approx. 2mmX 4mm due to which my tooth was also hurt.
Looking to the international name and fame of Cadbury brand, it is really shamefull for Cadbury to provide such a poor quality of its products.
During logging of this complaint I have come across similar complaints by other consumers...

Both my husband and I have found that the composition of Cadbury's Dairy Milk chocolate has changed.
It now seems to embody more sugar and less cocoa solids. Also, it's appearance has become paler and less shiny. It is no longer a desirable product....

my daughter had a cadburys selection pack for xmas and whilst eating a cadburys flake found a hair inside the chocolate. the hair is very fine so would not show up on a photograph...

Dear cadbury i bought 3 tins of roses this ! one for my children . one for my mother and one for my mother in law, i also was sejnt a tin by a customer from work! This is a complaint about the misleading advertisement for Dairy Milk Silk.
The ad makes us to believe that there is liquid chocolate (or caramel) inside the chocolate. But, when one actually pays a premium and buys 'Silk' and takes a bite expecting liquid chocolate to be inside (like illustrated in the ad); one is taken by surprise! I am a big fan of cadbury's products but dissapointed to the core. Mainly because of the reduction is quantity of gems for the same price. Also, Perk was one of my favorites that too has been spoiled the taste is no more the same when it came into the market long back. the choclate layer from perk has been reduced it tastes more like a wafer. please get back the original taste with thick choclate layes outside also...
