ACCOUNT CLOSED BUT THEY KEEP ASKING MONEY FOR SUBSEQUENT MONTHS FOR

I was using MTS data card no : MDN: [protected] for about one and half months and I wanted to close the account as I was not satisfied with the speed and it was not connecting while roaming and other reasons and approached the center where from the dongle was purchased and they directed me to another place and where I was indirectly threatened to pay for six months bills or else it will not be closed. Then I did not pay the bill for that...

Excess bill without Using

I had a MTS Data card with no.[protected] in the name of Sunil Kumar, It was a postpaid data card which has a fixed monthly rental of Rs.500/-. The very first month of purchasing this data card in Feb-12 bill was Rs.529/- with due date 21st march 2012, I have received bill in 10th of march 2012 in the mean time they have disconnected my internet service on the same date when i have received the bill. Near by the retailer shop but did not update a recharge still now , the retailer is telling that they have detail only for three days. malfunctioning of the device

i have just bought a mts mblaze from "suruchi" 343/a criper road konnagar ,hooghly,712235mob:[protected]
but it is not properly working..again and again i have complaint but there is no feedback from them.MR.BISHAL([protected]) is the disrtibuter of this device..agai and again i call hiimm.still now he is rejecting my call.i am helpless. please take step against these people....

WRONG INFO, MISCONDUCT

these both devices have diff plans and the first one has been recharged a day ago and it has already consumed 100 mb's without usage and the speen since that very time is 2kbps
it is neither giving any speed....nor anyone is ready to hear the complaints and the complaint helpline never answers
the retail says to dispose of...

Barring of Calls

Outgoing barred

Reluctance of MTS people even after repeated complaints

I had purchased the data card and had submitted required documents on 5th of this month.
I was assured from MTS dealer that my area has good coverage of MTS network. His name is Yaseen - [protected], he also said that my connection would be active with in some hours. (He had sent some representative for my home)

My connection was active only after Monday No one came here for verification as said by the dealer.br...

About unused charge
