I had purchased a MBLAZE mobile broad band usb modem of MTS on 03.04.2012 having MDN No.[protected] showing download speed of 3.1mbps. from Worli B.D.D.chawl,Mumbai.

On connecting to my P.C.the download speed is showing 0 to 10 kbps.I had contacted to mts technical person Shri.Azam who visited on 07.04.2012 and informed me that the less speed is of network problem and said that the same is communicated to the complaint center...

disconnection of postpaid service

I have raised a complaint about two weeks ago and has not received any solution yet.

The complaint was on a disconnection of the MTS Mblaze postpaid service because of fail in address verification due to bachelor accommodation. In that case their representative should not have sold the datacard to me for Rs.1199 since he came to my residence and provided me with the connection, and he very well knew that was a bachelor accomodation...

I had bought a MTS MBLAZE dongle from 2 sales person who came to my home telling me best promotional offer.
They told me that if the documents I submit are valid them I will be able to get that special.

After giving them my documents they told me about the plan, that I have to pay 2000 for that they will give me a dongle and a unlimited broadband plan for 3 months.I will have full speed of 3.1 mbps...

MTS Circulation in Arizona Ca

These girls came to my door on Feb 2nd 2012 selling magazines told me a sad story & I fell for it. It's been almost 3 months & received nothing tried calling email no response. I just googled this company & I see there is a few complaints same ad mine. Please take action on this this is a SCAM! I'm sure more ppl are honna fall for it they insist in getting cash only I unfortunately didn't have any on me do I paid...

Unauthorized billing

I had raised a request to disconnect my services for MTS data card on 2nd Dec 2011. Even After this, they have been sending monthly bills. In February, I again raised a complaint to disconnect and waive off the bill, even after their assurance of the same they have sent me a bill of Rs.5000 this month. Their collection department is harassing and threatening me for the payment. Please save me from this...

Speed and data usage

The company has not resolved my queries regarding speed, data and temporary connectivity in Mumbai. This has been going on for months now. Even after paying 999 for unlimited (10-15GB service at 3.1Mbps), I have been getting 13-14KBps speed only and there have been mismatch regarding data usage.

Every time I call their helpline, someone would register a complaint and then say that the complaint would be resolved in 24 hours....

No Speed, Fake Commitment, NO SPEEd

Hi All,

My data card number is [protected]. I recharged with 999 recharge voucher for 10GB of download, but I am amazed to find that I was getting a speed of 1KBPS or 10KBPS max, and it was not location issue, checked it at Banglore Airport, Mumbai Airport, Delhi Airport, and various places across India but no speed.

The customer care is all fake, they resolve customer complaints by themselves without even consulting...

Disturbing Calls

So then I called MTS Customer Care and they suggested that if I again submit all the documents of my mother in MTS store then obviously I will get the connection...

Unexplainable deduction of data balance

MTS has been deducting my data balance like hell, i mean they deducted 1.3 gb of my prepaid data balance, when i have not even used 200-300 mb, and they are so smart to avoid complaints that whenever i want to contact them, they disconnect the chat after hearing the problem.

Disconnected But again generating bills
