Never got books ordered

I also was solicited by a young girl going door to door saying she was trying to win a trip to Europe. I ordered 2 books totaling $162.00/wrote a check. I am 2 weeks away from the 4 month timeframe the company gives themselves to send the items to me. I ordered $95 worth of books for my son from a young man saying he was trying to earn points to go to Europe. I purchased the books for my son .... waited forever and never received anything from the company. I tried to contact the company but the mailbox is full. I don't have extra money to throw around. This sort of thing should never happen especially in the united states....

Account is not cancelled even after many times of complaints

I had called MTS Customer care in dec 2011 to canx my postpaid MTS Broadband as i was not happy with the speed and with the service. I was promised speed of 3.1 mbps but i was getting a speed of only 300 kbps... but till today the a/c has not been canx and they expect me to pay to them for not using the service at all... i told them so many times that i have cancelled the connection and no arrears on a/c but they still keep calling me...

i have recharged my account of MTS data card(No.[protected]) with Rs.999 on saturday 17th march 2012. from the 1 hr of the recharge i am facing the speed issue.
as my data card is working on 1x speed . it should work on 3x speed. i complained almost 6 to 8 times to the call centre. every day they are asking for 1 more day.

Regarding Refund and Activation Status

I had purchase a MTS Blaze post paid data card on 26 february 2012 but not yet activated nor refund. When I talk to the concerned people from where I purchase the data card they told that my address is of negative area thats why it will not activate and they told me to it refund within 7 working days but the day pass and not anything happen even they not pick my phone.

mts mblaze scamming indians

mts mblaze is pretty damn close to a scam, their service is pathetic. in pune i use the 1298 plan in which they say that you will get throttled speed till 15gb and 155kbps after it. i know when they claim that 3.1mbps and they say throttled you shouldnt expect any where close to 3.1mbps but i get speeds of no more than 155kbps while i am with in the 15gb limit it self, you might hit 200kbps at nite 4am but dont count on it, happened maybe...

misleading website details

The website gives discription of recharges and in that i selected to recharge my Mblaze modem with Rs. 1898 for 15GB which will last for 90 days. after recharge i did not get the specified space i.e. 15GB and approx 756 MB got transferred to my mts account. the expiry date of mentioned is 22nd mar 2012, wheras i recharged my modem on 19th mar 2012, how come the company gives only 3 days of validity??.

very bad customer service

this is prasad my complaint to MTS broadband service that they have very bad customer service, i bought this connection on 12/03/2012 and since i have got connection i been called customer care more than 12times regards the speed of modem but they try to skip all the time and still now my problem haven't been rectified....

miss representation of data

MTS is not representing actual uses of data in their unlimited plan. customer use only 5 to 8 gb but they said sir your 10 gb are used. when i ask their software is not showing it they answered " it will show only download not streaming" . why company do this , i don't know.
in their chat facility they give only 1 second to respond otherwise they will disconnect you.
