i am resident of house no 11684 gali no 1 sat nagar karol bagh new delhi - 5 . the steet no 1 was dug up last nov 2007 and till date new street has not been laid . the street is shabby conditon and no one has paid attention towards it....

To make the optimum use of IT and e-goverance, MCD lauched a website www.mcdonline.gov.in and we can register complaints on this site.But now the complaint page (complaints.mcdonline.gov.in) is not being displayed and some errors comes. So, how can the people register their complaints online?

I want to draw your attention towards illegal milk dairies in our area. Dairy owners get a place to shift there buffalows to commercial dairy area but they stay here.Many Complaints goes to MCD but no response, some persons are coming from MCD takes money from Owners and get back without doing anything. By these dairies locality sewer lines are blocked and very tiedy area near those dairies.

I was given order for my Daughter Birth Certificate on Nov.07 but still I don't received the same.
I sent the mail to MCD Officer on the mailID mentioned on their website but even those mail id are not valid & everytime I received the bounced mail.
Most intresting is that when I reached the MCD Online office they are not aware about this Service that Now MCD is also Issuing online Birth Certificate.

While filing our MCD Property tax return for current year 2008-09, we have realised with great pain that MCD is not allowing 30% discount to Women/Sr.Citizens, if the property though residential, is not self-occupied. In other words, if the property is let out to tenants, the above 30% discount is not allowed.

Its been in news for a long time now, that Rail Over Bridge/ UnderBridge was to be constructed at Samay Pur Badli railway Crossing. Though MCD has got the appropriate budgets, approved for same, but no work has started as yet. Every commuter, has to spend atleast 30 mins on an average at that crossing. Even when the Phatak opens, there is so much of traffic jam, that it takes another 15 mins to cross that Phatak.
