I met with one of the worst service from Nokia Care. I have been using Nokia handset for past 5 years. I have bought Nokia 5310 Express music and 7321 models of Nokia last month. I was using N72 before that. I was happy with the perfomance of N72. But as soon as I bought 5310 it started showing the quality problem like display was not working properly. Due to my work I travelled to other city and on the 20th day the display completed gone black while attending one call.

I bought NOKIA MOBILE MODEL 5800, imei no: [protected], Warranty ref. no. apainy[protected], on 16-april-2009 ( 20 days back), within 20 days i face so many problems like blank display, phone locks up, not responding.
