One Assist Plan Deactivation and refund

I can see that rs-1899/- deducted from my bank to one assist plan on 29/10/2021. Without my permission. This is happening since 2018, I tried to call customer service many times but no one properly responded.

Request you to please deactivate my plan and refund my amount ASAP.

Rejected Claim on wrong Grounds

I had raised a claim request, but was not able to upload the required documents.
Now after uploading all the documents, One Assists say it will not reopen the rejected claim case.
If the claim was rejected after verification of all details then it was acceptable. Rejecting only on the basis of Documents is the against the justice.

Auto renewing my wallet protection plan without my consent

Hi

I am writing to inform about the wallet protection plan from the company One Assist. When i took the plan from one assist company in 2017 they register my credit card for auto renew without my consent now they auto renewing my plan without my consent for the last 2 years. Every year my ICICI student credit is charged for Rs. 1399 without my permission

Every year I am charged Rs. 1399 by the transaction name "www.oneassist.in Mumbai IN". I have told them several times that I don't want any kind of coverage/insurance from your company and they always lie to me that they have cancelled it from now. Still every year, I am charged Rs 1399 for absolutely no reason. I am just a college student, how am I supposed to pay Rs 1399 for no reason....

Non Responsive on Warranty Extension

Purchased Xiaomi Mi 5X 50 on the launch. Invoice C[protected] through MI.com portal.

Option for 1 Year Extended warranty was available and same was selected.

I have taken One Assist Complete Coverage plan for 3 years.. that included 100 percent cashless / umpteen service engineer visits and also 100 percent accidental damage coverage too.. But to my utter dismay, when LED light was not working, the engineer bluntly told that its not covered in your plan. This is a royal cheat, where they say something and then take out money from customer under the garb of fraud Terms and Conditions..

My phone is not working properly after getting repaired.

1. It has screen flickering issue,
2.Network connectivity issue.
3.Back panel started leaving the body frame, and cracked itself.
One Assist picked up the phone one 1st October 2021 basis of my complaint but returning it back without repairing it.

Policy closure not happening

I want to stop my OneAssist Wallet Assistant Privilege service immediately in which Rs1899 charged and I want my refund back. Please stop my OneAssist Wallet Assistant Privilege service immediately.

Deducting money annually without my consent and subscription

I had never subscribed to any of the one assist services and never gave my consent for subscription. i opened an account at Axis bank and since then one assist has been deducting Rs 1899 annually from 2019 and 2020.

This is a fraudulent act and requires immediate action. I believe i am not the only one who suffer and many customer have also complain.

Please kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

It has come to my notice today that the OneAssist service has been reactivated without me being aware of it. I do not wish to get this service and want to deactivate it and get my money refunded . This is very unnecessary and I want the amount, Rs 1899, refunded to me or else its difficult seeing a point of being an Axis Customer who have dumped this without my awareness .

One assist cancellation for my HDFC card

Hi,

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1299 from my credit card number ending with 489377XXXXXX7864 without my authorization.

I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.
