We have purchased a Onida window AC 2 month earlier with lot of hope as it was our first product of Onida. But within two month we are suffering lot of problem in Onida AC which is related with draining issue . We have booked its complaint on 12th of August 2014 and our complaint No is "1406A[protected] " we have contacted to; customer care, service center & Dealer and everyone is passing it to other. We brought Onida LED TV in May, 2014 But it is not working now. We are continuously in contact with customer care from last month but did not get positive response. So you are requested to kindly look in this matter & solve it on top priority...

Hi, I bought an Onida AC about 2 years ago. It was a 1.5 ton AC. It has been serviced on a regular basis. All of a sudden it stopped working. I refilled the gas and within two weeks the AC stopped working again. When I called the customer service, they sent an agent after 4 days. He suggested that we replace the AC with a new one and collected Rs 450 for that visit. It has been almost three weeks since we complained on July 26, 2014....

From May 2010 till 2014 2 times the T.V. was taken to ONIDA agent spent Rs. 8000/- . the last one was in 2013 March - within one year the T.V. is not operational as expected. Within 1 and half hours time the whole picture become whitish and cannot see any clear picture. Now I have stopped complaining as I know no use again spend money at service centre and ead aches again...

Sir my ac's compressor is burnt and all i got from onida is that it is out of stock.. I m writing some of my complaint number. The ac has not worked for the whole season. It took them 1.5 months to figure out that the compressor is gone and they tried to fill some gas and make it work...

I purchased onida a.C from authorised dealer the serail number is [protected].
But now its compresser is not working i tried to contact service center but there is no response.

Please look into the metter asap.

1. I Purchased Onida Xaria Model No. LO32XRGBB, Sl No. LO32XRGBB8J4002307 in Bangalore 4 years ago. My LCD suddenly stopped functioning and when switched on there is no power supply is coming. I tried to some of the Onida Service centre at Bangalore who advised there are no spare parts available for servicing the subject power supply.

I have lodged Window AC complaint under Complaint No.1407A[protected] on 7th July, 2014. Technician who attended the complaint informed that the AC needs gas filling and said that another engineer will come to fill up the gas. The engineer (Mr. Shoukat) who came to fill the gas came to my house and tried to fill the gas but he DAMAGED THE COOLING COIL and told that this AC requires cooling coil replacement and said the we have to pay Rs.3500....

I have lodged complaints by mail to you firstly though Ashoka and then directly to you. It is surprising to note that neither did the representative of the company nor the Service Centre In Jammu (ADONIS) attended the job. Actually i have bought a new split ac from onida before 3 months and we are facing cooling issue now. So i have logged a ticket in the onida customer care 3 days back.

First day: i got a call from local onida care manager and he fixed a time to me. After that again he confirmed service engineer will reach us @ 3.00 pm. I took permission from my office and went home. But no one came to do service. When i tried...

No service report was given for my onida tv, they took the tv before 18month when we track them for details they ask us to buy a new tv, its a authorised service center of onida, Chennai. No customer care number!! No reply from the company, no reports provided!! better take a good action against them. All documents are filed with me and when we talk to the manager, he respond rude and use a very bad language against us and ask us to file...

I have logged multiple complains to Onida Bangalore for servicing my Window AC. Its now 2 months till I received any response from Onida. Initially they sent a service person and he for no work took service charge and assured that next week he will come for service. I purchased onida ac 1.5 T in 2011 and now having problem in the compressor . As warranty of compressor is 5 ye I called onida customer care to repair the same. Their technician came twice opened the ac and went back without doing anything .
