I recharge 700 on my postpaid sim by the oxigen sbi website on 20/09/2016 but the recharge is not done but the amount was deduct from my sbi net banking account .so please refund my money .

And they send me this mail on my gmail id-

On the 31/08/16 i have recharge my fone no.[protected] for Rs.459 from the oxigen page of onlinesbi website.However due to wrong recharge pack entered (instead of 449 i recharge with 459)therrfore i did not receive the amount.So i recharge again the same day with 449 from the same website and its successful.
So I request you to kindly refund the Rs 459 immediately to avoid inconveniences....

Hi... I tried to pay water bill through oxigen wallet using net banking through my hdfc bank. The transaction got failed and money 1294.00 deducted from bank account. But the pending amount showing as it. I requested to oxigen wallet through mail and i got a mail back from them as they are looking into it and will get back to you shortly. But as of now i didnt get any call from them or i didnt get any refunded amount. Please solve it asap....

I have recharged rs.37 to my mob no [protected] through corporation bank net banking not recharges received amount 31 but payment dedicated our corporation bank. Find the below details -

From august month i have started getting unwanted oxygen wallet otp to my number but i never registered my number with oxygen wallet and again and again i started getting otp around 2.00am and i took an initiative and mailed the regarding issues to oxygen wallet customer care mail id which is mentioned in their website i even attached the screen shot of msg i got no reply still am getting otp and many time i am getting an"hi" msg from md-oxicas...

I was trying to load 2000rs into oxigen wallet on 8th of august 2016, but money got debited from hdfc bank credit card & not credited to wallet.
I made a call to oxigen customer care regarding this and they told it would be credited in 7 working days, but the money not yet credted to the bank.
Kindly refund it back to my credit card or add it to wallet.
