Pepperfry invoice doesnt have the bill paid details for order 307183541

After I purchased the pepperfry order today for a chair and a table, i noticed that the details are totally missing in the invoice that came as attachment in the order confirmation email. Only the Assembly, Processing and Delivery fees were part of the invoice, but the actual goods that I purchased were missing in the invoice...

Carpenter not arrived to assemble the table

My order was delivered to me on 8th June. I was informed by the delivery guy that the carpenter will be arriving within 24hrs, but still there is no sight of any service guy or help from the company.

I tried to contact the company but there's no response....

Refund from Pepperfry Wallet

Hello, I have ordered an item in pepperfry and returned it due to some reasons, but now the refund has been credited to the pepperfry wallet. And I have sent several emails to the support team, but without resolving the issue they are just confirming that the issue has been resolved.
And please change this policy, that the refund should be credited directly to customer bank account not to the pepperfry wallet. Because for some emergency...

Cheap and poor quality Bean Bags

Bean Bags sold are of extremely poor quality material. The fabric started peeling and tearing off near the stitches within 3 months as you can see in the attached pics. Reaching out to Pepperfry via the email address to raise complaints did not help either. The response was that they spoke to the manufacturer who said there's no guarantee on the fabric.

That's so ridiculous since they are telling customers that the fabric can...

Wooden coffee table

I ordered a solid wooden table on pepperfry for 16000 and it got delivered around a month back. Order ID[protected].

I have ordered bean last week and they delivered item on time which is really appreciated but unfortunately the item looks bit old and thread has come out in few places due to stitching issue or something else. Order cancelation

I ordered a gaming chair from pepperfry on 9th of March and the delivery date was 3rd of April now on 20th March I got a mail that my product delivery has been delayed to 9th of April, when I called customer care to either provide the delivery by 3rd of April as it was or just cancel the order,
