My netconnect+ high-speed broadband connection (Postpaid datacard#[protected] has not been working since june 15, 2016. When i called customer care initially, i was promised several times that the issue will be resolved in a week or 10 days. Following this, i could not reach customer care at all, as the line would get disconnected after entering my details in the ivr.

My mobile balance happened rupees 21.42 on 22 november 16.

My mobile balance happened rupees 0.28 on 27 november 16.

Rupees 120 deducted from my mobile balance between 12 nov to 22 nov.

And rupees 15 deducted from my mobile balance between 24 nov to 27 november.

Reliance is totally fraud company. I am using the service of reliance gsm. I got the tariff of 30ps./min. But they charged me 1/min. I complaint many time regarding this matter but no solution get.
Please look in to this matter asap.

I have received my bill for reliance postpaid no. [protected] and I was shocked to see that i was charged for internet even after i had an active add on internet pack on my no. . I don't understand how a mobile co. can cheat a customer like that.I want the same to be waived off at earliest, this has caused me a huge inconvenience. Also my customer care line has been blocked for more than a week and i'm unable to contact the customer care....

There is an issue regarding my payment not received or my payment made is not been shown in your system. But I have made my payment and have the receipt with me. My outgoing service has been stopped. In spite of repetitive calls and visit to the near web, the issue isn't solved. I m even charged a penalty without any reason....

From 2 month internet not working. I wrote email and call. But no reply from reliance. I already sent a mail to terminate a connection. But again no reply. They are not taking it seriously. I complained many times again and again. But no problem sort out by reliance. This is not my first experience. My self radhakrishana sahu.retielar of central zone thane mumbai manpada.i given a complaint regarding mr.jhon of your coustmer care department.i called up mr.jhon at around 10.10pm 26th-nov-2016 when i said my problem to him he want respond proply and he act smart again i called up coustmer care department and he does the same thing and i never except this kind of pathetic service from your department please need...

On 26 Nov 2016 at 18:27 hrs I received a message on my reliance mobile " You have been successfully subscribed to INTELGAMESUB21 service for 7 days." And the money was deducted from talk time balance. However, i had not requested for any such subscription nor i was asked by the company to activate such service on my phone. Hence this is one kind of fraud with the customer. when i contacted on the customer care number 198, i was informed that...

I bought reliance wifipod ([protected])for Rs. 1500 in the month of may.
from the beginning i had the network issue and i made the 6 complaints to solve this issue but no action is taken from reliance. But they keep on claimed the payment for not providing the proper service. 3 months bill is waived off based on my complaints.for august they keep asking to pay of Rs.335 since they closed the 3G service. please take necessary action....

Paid my Reliance Communication postpaid bill of Mobile No. [protected] of Rs.427/- by Reliance Insta Care Mobile App by my Dena Bank Visa Debit Card.I give all necessary details which is required for debit card payment but then "there is error in payment.please try later" screen appears.At that time, Rs.427/- is debited from my Dena Bank Savings Account but payment is not accepted by Reliance Communications because of the error.

Please note the following facts related to the same:-

1. 6 months back I went to Reliance Outlet in sector 44 C, Chandigarh for taking data card connection.
