I have got this reliance number [protected] in the name of Joginder Chadha now before the due date my outgoing is barred been using this number from past 10 years and now the added some other number bill also on the name account .do something with reliance network very unsatifactory....

Dear reliance,
I am mr. mohan r bobade using a reliance 4g|lte wi-pod with number [protected] and my billing cycle will end on 18 of every month. but from 18/7/2016 i'm not getting the actual 4g speed and i'm not using even 1% of my high speed quota i. e of 10gb. moreover i'm getting downloding speed = 30kbps and uploading speed = 120kbps which is horrable.
I complaint about the same twice with complaint no.[protected], and test...

Sir i am consumer of rilance data connection no. [protected] since lat 2 year, however, reliance has shifted to 4g and not providing any other dongle or data card in lieu of old data card / net connect for existing customer. It is requested that reliance may be provide free of cost 4g data card to the existing customer or they should be provide continue 3g net connect to the customer already purchase on payment.

I have raised a complain with ticket id:[protected] on 8th jul, 2016 for my reliance datacard which is not working properly from 6th jul, 2016.

Today after 2 weeks there is no solution and no one even tried to solve my issue.

It's very pathetic and not acceptable from reliance which is such a big brand in india.

Multiple times i escalated this issue to different level but...

Pahle main reliance ka data card CDMA no.[protected] giska plan 599 ka 5GB day aur 5GB night ka plan tha reliance se mujhe mail aya ke aap apne wifi ko upgrade kijiye kiyon ki CDMA ke sare network band ho ke upgrade ho rahe hain.to aap 4G mein upgrade kijiye.aur sath hi sath purane customer ko 3100 ka 4G data card 899 mein diya ja rah hai.To maine customer care se bhi baat kiya to unhone bhi bataya ki aap ka plan benifit aur rental same as...

I was having reliance no [protected] for last ten years. I made recharge of lifetime for 20 years which was suppose to expire on 2020. Besides that i made top up also so that my phone no can be continued. Because of high charges and because o[censored]nnecessary deduction of balance i was not using that number. I was waiting for number porting. Since it was cdma so no service provider was ready to take as they ask to convert first...

I did not get 4g sim, and after without any information tamilnadu cdma no [protected] is not working.

so solve it as early as possible,
then karnataka no [protected], i upgraded to 4G on 8th july.and bought wifi modemn.but suddenly we are seeing 4g willl not activate for karnataka and even we could not use internet of 2 dongles.

please resolve it as early as possible, other wise i am going to cancel 2 dongles,...

I submit complaint already they are not respond, i call and message so many times to their customers but not lift the phone and not reply my mails, my 4g dongle order number leforazda on 12th july i paid money through online, they promise delivered within seven days but ten days over but no information about my order, please solve my problem are send my refund by cancellation amount 2699rs...

Reliance has cheat the customers of cdma data card it has make changes to 20gb to 5gb without any notice... REALLY A BIG FRAUD...

I had been a customer since November 2013, for Reliance Netconnect and the service had been extremely unsatisfactory. I was contacted by reliance office in jalahalli cross on 28th june, through phone call, offering me a postpaid sim for rs 199 plan and they sent a salesman to hand over the sim for which i was charged rs 200.

After my document verification, my sim was still not activated and when i called them, they said my id card was rejected and asked me to submit another id proof. i did the same immediately and after that i never heard...

Sir, i recharged for 249/- on 15/07/2016 begumpet hyderabad. I saw transaction id that shows recharged. When i talked to customer care they said there is no scheme existing on the day. When there is no plan how can you accept my recharge. Please see that my amount to be recharged to my mobile no.[protected]. I am very much thankful to you. - bala singh....

I have purchase a reliance broadband connection in the month of april 2016, for the 1st two months it was running smoothly (Not best but it was ok) but from last 25 days i am not able to access the same properly. Reliance communication is not providing the service properly & whenever there is the power cut in my area the connection is also disconnect with the power cut, after so many follow ups they are not resolving...

I am devki nandan very regretful to say that i opted reliance broadband broadband connection instead of other available in the market.

From the 4th july 2016 my broadband is not working till now (18 days). despite of regular complaints on the call centre and repeated 24/48 hours solution resolution, my problem never got rectified. although i had a word with call centre executive for at least 50-60...

My mother is reliance cdma customer (Mob. No - [protected]), but as reliance have stopped cdma services, we have already transferred our number from cdma to gsm.
For transferring the sim from cdma to gsm the reliance store has charged an amount of rs. 100.00 from my mother. My all previous balance in that cdma no. Was forfeited.

Anyhow, after all this problems my mother has visited reliance store for more than 5 times...

When you upgrade your system from cdma to g, you cannot ask your existing customers to buy a new device at a discounted price, as they already have one.
Your customer service everywhere is completely pathetic.in the app, local sore, customer care, chat support.
I did not pay my bill only because my internet did not work even in 1x, butthe agent says that the connection is suspended as i have dues
Unable to pay the bill...

Am customer of reliance communication a post paid connection. after payment of my bill the company person did not update my bill amount before the due date of last month (date of bill payed :7june2016, due date 11june2016) my connection get barred for 3 day (21, 22, 23). the same issue arise this month also still my connection are barred. my plan is of 999 unlimited of reliance post paid so i need complaint and get right solution as well...
