Latest outgoing sms was sent from the same was on may 16, 2016, just before the day of termination.

As per telecom consumer protection act sending outgoing sms will definitely fall under the activity o[censored]sage of sim.

Whenever we ask him for the reason of defect, the answer would be some technical defect. And promises us that going forward it wold not give trouble.
