I was asked if i wanted to upgrade to 4g services and they told that i should definitely get 4g sim as cdma services will be discontinued in chennai.

I got this call by 29th, 30th of june and i got repeated calls about if the sim got delivered but no one attempted to till date (nearly 15 days).

I didn't receive my 4g sim and my netconnect+ suddenly stopped working for the past 1 week.

Bought recharge voucher of 50 rs but while scratching the code got erased and reliance customer care is saying that they cannot help me even after providing the serial number. What should i do to get back the recharge code?
Reliance people are saying that they don't have any details regarding the voucher's serial number.
I have Voucher's serial Number too....

I have purchased reliance netconnect plus modem two years ago. Now it is not working. No signal. I tried to contact customer care. They say press one for english. Two for blah.. Blah.. Blah... Not answer ing my queries. No customer support people attending. My modem number is [protected]. Now they are only about money. Money minded people. No service to customers....

Today i was charged rs 100 for isd calling to number 0073872 which is of russia, which was not done by me. they are saying that the call was made to this number and as per my info i dint called to this number and also there is no call log for this number.
After calling customer care multiple times they are giving different answers all the time also i have recorded the call for futher process. first time they said the call was made...

I use reliance wipod service. last month reliance had some technical issue in its network because of which service was not available so discount was provided to the customer however my discount was not processed in-spite dropping several mails to customer care also from last week i am not able to receive speed beyond 100 kbps. i tried to reach customer care several time every time i have to wait for more than 20min for call to get connected...

got nearly 2mbps speed on pro3, after upgrade i get less than 1mbps on 4g!
I have already told lots of people to upgrade to other service provider....

My number is [protected], this was my bsnl number, when a reliance person asked me port then he would give me some good offers, and he gave me a plan for 604 and gave discount of 50% and said this will not change, and i use to pay around rs 350, where i use to get 40 hours monthly free and 1 gb internet, and free roaming.

I am using reliance prepaid sim since from last 1 year. but unfortunately from yesterday reliance stop my incoming and outgoing call service. i have called reliance customer care (198) 5 times but no action taken by them, they just forwarding to some other care number which is *355 &[protected].
But i am unable to call on that number as well from my reliance number.

I purchased a new mobile some times back, please do the needful unless somebody misuse it...

I recharged my number to use 3g services but not getting it, after complaining they changed my settings still the issue not sorted out. i am facing such problems time and again. this thing happened in may'16 as well.

Later after repeatedly complaining even though they are giving me service requests number but the issue is not sorted out.

The validity is of 28 days and 2 days have passed in between....

I have wrote 5-10 mails about reduction in my prepaid account [protected]
I did not expect this type of service from u
Before 4-5 days i got a mail from ur side
I thought may be some initiatives are taken by from ur side
But zero response

It is regarding my reliance cdma relation no..[protected] & reliance cdma mobile no.:[protected].

I ported out due to service issues from reliance during december 2015 and sent couple of email reminders to make a refund. they are yet to refund my security deposit.
Please help me to get back the security deposit from this company.

My phone is not working today from 10.52am aither going out going calls and receiving incoming calls so, please rectifi urgently .

The other one clarification is that at migration during the fee collected from me is told to me that the Rs 300/- will be credited to my bill amount after migration of three months period but not yet been credited please do need full at the earliest.

Last 4month ago i and my office friends took a connection of reliance postpaid. My plan is new freedom 425. According to the plan i will get
Unlimited 3g data. Bt after 1 week i m not getting speed. Now speed hardly crosses 10kbps. Maximum tym it remains 0.10kbps. I also tried customer care to resolve the problem many times but never connected. I also tried to call the employee who gave me the connection bt he never received my call....
