My broadband is not working for past 25 days. I have registered numerous complaints on customer care, web portal and even in Reliance communication office. It is really frustrating that nobody cares for any complaint. Every time I file for a new complaint, they say your previous complaint is closed and internet is working. These days because of poor service reliance is losing its mobile customers.

To make up its losses, it has started cheating its users by first deducting a fixed amount from the prepaid balance and sending a message that such and such service has been renewed or reactivated without the knowledge of the user.

Since the last week of june 2016 i have not been receiving any internet connection. Their approach to this so called 4g migration is truly disorganized and pathetic.
