ever since cdma has been updated to 4g netwrok i am having a lot of issues with network connevtivity from past one week my internet services has been stopped.
As promised 4 g services havent been staryed moreover they have now even stopped my internet services completely
Am having a lot of difficulty in doing my work as it requires constant internet connection

My number is [protected] and the offer of 359 rs/ 10 gb 3g are also showing till now. i have recharged with that amount yesterday at 3 pm but the only 2 gb are added till now. what about the 359/10gb. whats the reality of it after showing in my offer. refund my reimbursement amount. how can we trust on that type offer which is showing. contact number [protected]. clear it as soon as possible....

My netconnect number is [protected]. consequent to my complaint on[protected], i received an sms on my mobile stating that my 4g services will start from[protected] and i should keep my wi-pod open. however, neither the 4g services has started till date and i have been informed that due to technical difficulties it will take some more time to start the 4g. this is one more case of bluff by your company which may be noted....

When I complaint reliance custmore care(3/07/2016), Reliance say problem solve in 4 days but reliance refuse to give money which deduct by wrong call rate charging .

Dear sir I have a relince postpaid conection [protected] I suffering a problem to use reliance service last 3month internet not work call drop I visited many times reliance store but they have no any update when call coustamar care they say 4g upgrade work is reson I pay free money please help me...

Last month on 6th i lost my data card connection, when i went to reliance shop they told me you have to upgrade to 4g because cdma connection is going to shut. So that i ordered 4g wipod as per your request.
Til now 4g is not activated. When i enqire about the 4g activation, ist thy told it will be activated o 25th of june after that they told 1st of july, today 1st of july til now its not activated. If you dont have 4g connection...

Recently i have upgraded my CDMA sim to Reliance 4G as per the instructions given by reliance. I have bought the new 4G mobile also but till today 4G was not working or activated on my phone. It's more than two months now post migration.

Respected concerned authority I was a CDMA customer and converted to 4G network on 6th of July the sim is activated and I got the balance also . but the 4G network is not there .the sim is working on 2G network and not properly and add to this 3G network is not available for this sim .I also have not got 10 GB 4G data as I was promised. Due to up-gradation process of Reliance 4G LTE product, they stop services for Reliance 3G dongle. They did not provide any services for internet speed increase yet.

When i contact in customer care for complaint, they also don't know the exact date of launch of Reliance 4G in Gujarat.

They start process for up-gradation for new 4G LTE device which is very costly compared to other devices.
