After updation my Reliance cdma num [protected] i am not used internet .. i am calling custmer care but not conect this num this problem has been 20 days but cant solve . I am using Reliance after 4 years...please solve this problm ......

Though reliance is known for its best network service in whole india. So then why we are facing so much network problem every day after 6 pm to 11 pm. my reliance broadband connection is not working past one month since 22nd june and no action is taken despite i have made more than ten complaints

Sir my net connection is cut from 25/06/16 .when i called to customer care he told me to upgrade to 4g and my connection is suspended .customer care told me that they mailed me but i didn't get any mail or message . i have purchased 3g dongal then how can a company cut the connection .i want justification and connection back.customer care not gave me satisfactory answer.

Well I have been using Reliance wipod since last 4 months and It's pathetic.. I have been paying my bill on time each month . In the month of June didn't receive any bill, so couldn't pay it called the customer care she said due to non payment of bill services are disconnected told her have not received the bill yet she said may be the email address is incorrect confirmed the email address with her it was correct paid the bill aa soon as...

My no is [protected]. Has sufficient balance amount of 40. There will be unexpected Deduction from my account is reach automatically 29. Please reback of amount otherwise i choose a better option...

I purchased lapu of net pack rs 255 on 21/06/2016 at 9.55 pm. Inspite of being such a reputed company the services for the same not provide. I feel cheated of rs 255 . please peovide me the service for the same for whic i have paid. The customer care service has been of no help so far. This is to inform you that as per your communication i have purchased & upgraded my reliance 3g- wipod to reliance wipod-4g lte dated 16th may'2016..During the purchase it was well communicated that the wipod-4g lte will be activated on 21st may, then changed to 25th may, then on 10th june and finally on 21st of june..Unfortunately all the communications were false and still it is not working..For your information i don't have an alternate...

I have applied for g156 service through relaince app on prepaid reliance number.
As per this service i'll be getting 1gb 3g data for 30 days.

Neither i got 1 gb data nor 30 days validity.

I know you they will not accept your fault so easily so i have attached a screenshot of that app window.

This leads to my account balance reduced to zero. Due to data usage. So pathetic it was. Was promised...

It is has become sorry state for me that my balance on my phone is being deducted by the reliance service provider just subscribing and unsubscribing the any scheme at their own will. I am reduced to zero balance to make any call. Customer care number 198 or other helpline number is disabled for my contact. I re-recharged...

Since three months i am making complian regarding my reliance landline is not working at all to customer care and even to nodal officer no body is bothered to resolve my complain and also when trying to reach customercare number all our customercare people are buzy try after some time this type of recording is coming my complain number given by nodal officerhis name was mr surja and complain number given by him is :[protected] on 25may 2016...

I am a regular customer of reliance netconnect no [protected] since last five years and recently requested for upgradation to 4g. On receipt of wi-pod, i have been informed by customer care that the 4g service is presently non-functional in maharashtra and will start shortly and i will have to wait till then. This is ridiculous and daylight cheating. When you are not providing the services, why are you asking customers to upgrade to 4g now....

In agra cdma service has been withdrawn (Not working) since last 20-25 days may-june, 2016 and bill is generated. I am not going to pay it. As i have not availed service either service from your side is not working so that u can force people to buy new wipod
