Am call to customercare but no responce 24 to 48hrs ur problem ready for our members call to ur mobile number asking but no call come. Am working online trading so i want internet two days i have no work this network issue so kindly refund my datacard amount...

I purchased LYF Smartphone from reliance digital store at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.When I purchased nobody said to me that I wont get play store installed on this phone and now they are telling me that you should have asked about that.Also, the manager was telling me that its impossible that they haven't told me.They are not trusting me.I want my phone replaced or else I will take this to police case....

I have written to Reliance and I spoken to four of their agents..
The issue is: Internet connection or as in my case NO CONNECTION.

This is a warning to other potential customers..

1. The agents on the phone are very rude, demeaning and essentially NOT helpful...plus they hang up on you.

I'm unable to make outgoing calls even i'm having balance. when calling, it says please recharge your account.when i contacted customer care through chat on web, they just filing a complaint and not saying any cause that why its happening. very bad response. My reliance no: [protected].

I was interested in reliance broadband plans so I made a call to reliance for a new connection and she said you will get a call from the engineer in your area in 48 hrs but its about 72 hrs and still haven't got a call from anyone. Please note that it is very unfortunate to learn that the way Reliance Communications is looting money from people.
A guy called me and asked me to port me to reliance postpaid from Vodafone . He explained me an attractive plan of Rs. 699/- and asked for documents and 300 rs as well.
He sent an executive and took Rs. 300/- from me.

Now it has been more than 10 days.
