I have talked personally to the technician in my area and he has told me it is due to a battery pack not being provided to power the juncture in case of power failures. I have been Complaining from Past 3 months of Poor Signal of Reliance Pro 3!! I even visited the Reliance web world (Armenian Street Branch - Chennai) regarding this issue and still no action or resolution has been taken place...
