Reliance Fresh Complaints & Reviews

I purchased some items on 17/09/2017 by using credit card. But swiping machine doesn't work properly. So i paid the amount by cash. But after sometime amount was also debited from my credit card. I complaint to the reliance customer care also. But as of now the issue of my refund is unresolved. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

I had purchased a groceries on 2nd oct 2017 and asked for door delivery still the products are not delivered and i called the store number no response so far my cont no [protected] and my name is vijay and am a regular customer to reliance this is the first time i face this issue they have given two numbers in website noone is picking up the call it is frustrating...

As against the prices published in new papers this wednesday i. E. On 27/09/17 i was charged prices of lauki (Bottle gourd) rs.24/- per kg and potatoes rs.9/- per kg at your zamrudpur new delhi store. The rates published were rs.14/- & rs.8/- per kg. Other items i didn't compare. I am holding the bill with me.
Request to enquire so that customers don't feel cheated.

I had purchased two boxes of banthi brown eggs from reliance fresh in gudimalkapur road, mehdipatnam, hyderabad. This was about 1.30 p. M on 28.09.2017. I found 5 eggs broken inside of the box. This is second such instance in 2 weeks. I tried calling their number on the box which is[protected] and their address is shown as :56/a, laxmi nagar, aphb colony moulali, hyderabad - 500 040.
How can they print a number which is not working...

Sodexo meal card is not accepted at reliance fresh najafgrah delhi.
But i got sms that i can use my sodexo at reliance fresh najafgrah as they have advertised they started accept meal card now. But when i gave sodexo meal card they are saying their software is not updated but this answer is from last 3-4 months. They should understand customer need and get their software updated and train their staff as well as they dont know to process...

I purchased pick n cook gram 500 which was priced rs.57 but i was charged rs.62 for the same. On raising the issue to the cashier she said that she scanned the barcode but there is mismatch in printed price and price depicted by barcode so you will have to pay according to the price on you bill. For a product only 800 gms. Their weighing machines show 1 kg. And this way customer is charged more and thereby cheated.

Bought mc cain smileys and mc cain chilli potato bites from your 18th main road branch, annanagar west, chennai 600 040 on yesterday, saturday, 17th september and paid by credit card.

Both the products were crumbled and unusable. On putting one or two whole ones available in the pack in hot oil, they disintegrated.

I visited reliance fresh, nadiad, gujarat. I wanted some milk. But during the visit i observed that milk coming to the store was kept reserved for a particular person (Probably a tea-stall vendor) and other costumers were bluntly refused.

Hlo sir, i am rajveer from bikaner (Rajasthan). I want to tell you in bikaner reliance fresh a security guard name pritvi singh is there. He is very honest person and addicted to his duty many & many times he caught theft from yours store.
Now a days he got suspended due to theft case. Because he don't allow any one even manager also prohibited to take any item without any proper permission or bill. So please look this matter seriously....

I have done a transaction at reliance fresh branch associated at sun city hydershakote hyderabad. Transaction is done on 30th august 2017 of amount 162.81 rupees. The amount is debited twice. Till the date i didn't receive the amount. They are not even responding properly. Not only that there are so many complains during the payment process in this branch....

I have purchased parke back smith biscuit with paytm cash offer. The pack was opened and tapped again but i didn't notice that time. When i checked the packet to get paytm code there was no code.. I had purchased some grocery n veggies from rd banjara hills. One item (Onion) is repeated and charged twice.. Instead potatoes were not packed.. Since i went away from the counter for a while, i think the lady at the counter forgot to keep d packet back after billing.
