This complaint is on the reliance fresh outlet located at pjr stadium ln, sivaji nagar, chanda nagar, hyderabad, telangana 500050. The refrigerator where the dairy products are stored does not maintain the prescribed temperature of less than 8degc. As a result of this couple of times the dairy products that i had bought got spoilt even before the expiry date when storing in my house refrigerator.

I have re checked the items from biĺl at my home and found that one of product on which mrp is rs 57 but on bill amount is rs 60. How comes it possible to take more than mrp.

Either resolve or am going to complaint in consumer court.

Yesterday i shopped at your reliance store with my family. I purchased an amount of rs.4341 at your store. After shopping they are busy with their own work. But nobody is interested in bagging of my products. After waiting for 20 mins they came to bagged my product.in between they said that go to gate and the security person will bagged your product. This is ridiculous....

Reliance fresh - aundh, pune - manager appasaheb jadhav empcode : 20026667 was very rude. He simply refused to sell eggs and cells.

I'm really unhappy with the store services. The very worst services i ever saw. No proper bill counters, in 4 bill counters they will be always problem, only one works that too very slow . we need to stand atleast 15-30 mins only for bill .there is no proper weight machine . all the machinery is spoiled.. no proper staff, no helpers, there are so many used items in the display . cleanliness is just okay . overall i would say your store services...

I am regularly buying things from Reliance Fresh, kalyani nagar, Pune (atleast two to three times on a week), but every time, I find one or other times not updated in the system and hence customer cannot buy the item at that particular time of need. Last week, I purchased spring onion at around 9 PM which was half dried but ok condition (but cannot be used on the next day if not kept under good refrigeration), but the executive at the counter...

I just went to reliance fresh kk colony bikaner rajasthan. For billing there was four counters with long queue i stood in a one queue after more than half an hour of waiting on billing desk cashier told me that billing of vegetables is not possible on this counter therefore go to another counter. They provided coupons which had many offers but when i went to redeem they didn't gave any discount or offer. Said these coupons our system is not accepting n the same system charged us for those coupon earlier when purchased.

They didn't allow me to buy any offer products and also said one cinthol coupon offer is applied 4+1 soap but after reaching home i saw that also is charged mrp of 112 instead of coupon price at 99rs.br...

Since the ACs and billing computers were not working at the Paschim Vihar Branch of Reliance Fresh outlet on 29th June, 2017, therefore, the customers have to face lot of problems and difficulties while shopping from there. The overall supervision is also required to be improved. The movement space for customers is also remains to be considered. The working staff should also to be properly briefed by the incharge to take proper care of wastage....

Yesterday i bought 1ltr milk from reliance fresh chinmaya nagar, chennai and was in hurry so didn't see the date of expiry but as i can see this milk was expired 4 days ago this i guess 4th time happening to me. Very bad service they should check thier stocks regularly. We should take strict action on this because it's not the first time happening and maybe other some stocks also are expired....
