I have been talking to this team since many months and i am here after utter frustration on the royal sundaram over the issue they handle and promises they made.

very poor customer service

My policy expires on january 2, 2019. Till date i have not received the renewal quote with full break. I spoke to customer service more than a month back requesting for the details. This damage occurred on present accident only. reimbursement settlement issue

I have already fulfilled all the requirements as per their request and still no reply from their side. During hospitalization, they said this is pre existing disease but we have submitted doctors letter which has clearly mentioned about diagnosis also. It has been more than a month. I'm not able to contact their customer care also. Please, settle my claim as early as possible as their is no problem in issuing it....
