Mr. Nidhin who was in the shop told me that the bag will be ready in 10 days and when it is ready he will call me. I bought Samsonite bag worth Rs 10, 000 plus from Shopper Stop. The bag tore in one use. Company says Samsonite gives warranty only against the manufacturing defects, this is tear in Fabric and we can't replace the bag in this case. My samsonite bag's roller less than 1 year already wear off hence we took the bag to " SAMSONITE AFTER SERVICE " in Malaysia to repair . terrible happen the way they service is to crack open the bag and without proper tools, in additional they charge RM 160 per pair of roller. (with this amount now i can actually buy a new travel bag.
