I had ordered samsung galaxy s7 fe on 6th november, it was supposed to be delivered on 10th. but i did not receive order till now. when i asked blue dart people why taking so long, they said they misplaced it in warehouse . but they had updated in their website of adress issue. so i asked samsung executives to cancel the order and initiate the refund process . from last one week m getting only one statement that your matter has been escaleted...

I placed an order for Samsung Galaxy S20 FE phone after paying Rs 39999 with an instant exchange for my current phone for 2450.

14 month old Samsung M31S smartphone stopped working suddenly giving constant screen freezes and restarts. Tried factory reset and issue is persisting. took to samsung customer service and they are saying CPU complaint happening to a lot of same model phones recently.
