Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam LTd., a company wholly owned by Govt of Gujarat has issued deep discount bonds 16 years back for a total period of 20 years with a deemed face value of Rs. 1,11,000/- and it did not had an option to redeem it prematurely as per the prospectus.

But now the company is redeeming the bonds 5 years in advance without having any legal provisions for the same.,

I would like to know the status...

I have dispatched original DEEP DISCOUNT BOND (Registered Folio No. SN 452726, Certificate No. 463366 , Distinctive No. 463366 duly discharged alongwith mentioned of PAN No.through SPEED POST on dated 15.03.2010 to MD Sardar Sarover Narmada Nigam Ltd. Block No.12 New Sachivalaya Complex, Gandhi Nagar 382010, Gujrat.

I have not received payment till date.

i received a letter from sardar saroval narmada nigam limited . than time i am not in town. in that letter they mentioned for each bond they will give Rs.50,000/- . now i want to get that money. how to approach i don't know. i wrote two letters. but i did not get any information.

This is with regard to the deep discount bond with distinctive no 148997 and allotment letter no /folio no: 211213 which had been purchased on[protected] in the name of P.Samba siiv rao which has to be redeemed as the promised perod is over .

I lost in transit my deep discount bond bearing folio no.480303 and certificate no.499785.send a letter alongwith copy of FIR, photocopy of bond certificate and my savings a/c detail requesting either issue duplicate copy of the same bond or deposit the cheque in my savings a/c by speed post on 24/10/09 to m/s MCS Ltd. ,101 shadal complex Ashram Road ,Ahmedabad.requesting several times on phones and told me 15 days back.that your bond...

I have invested in Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd. Bond vide folio no. 338574 in name of GIRIJA VIJAYARAGHVAN MENON, But till date I have not received the said Bond / Certificate of my said folio no. Only I have received a letter dtd 15.07.2008 of optional exit route payment offer from Bond Service Centre.

Kindly do the needful and arrange me bond certificate at earliest....

sir, i have taken two Deep Discount bonds . one for my sister one for me . My sister got all the papers of bonds but the next sr. no. may be mine. now in the computer age , i am not ready to think that company can not find my name. From so many years we are trying to contect , but no response. We were going to get more then ONE LEKH Rs. so we have become fool after investing THREE THOUSAND Rs. before so many years. Now what should I do for...
