Dear Sir please note i received a item having order number[protected] from shopclues which is defective so i requested for return which is already reversed picked up by the courier but shopclues not agree to refund please help.

I have ordered this product by pre - paid order & they cancelled it as the delivery was getting delayed. & they said they are refunding the order amount of 323 rs.in the same form of payment on 31st jan & it will take maximum of 12th feb to credit in my bank account & its 18th feb today till i have not received any money even i have sent the bank statement till 12th feb. So kindly solve this issue after 20-25 days....

Recently, i have received a letter claiming me to be winner of a random lucky draw contest, along with a scratch card coupon.

The letter mentions to send a sms to the following number - [protected].

I have attached an image of the physical letter that i got.

Please look into this.

I want advise if i have to file an fir with the local police regarding this....

Hi team shopclues, i have been sent a letter saying that i have won a 15, 00, 000 prize under the lucky draw contest of the 10th anniversary and requesting my bank account details. And there are also helpline numbers given seperately and it also says that donot call the customer care number. I just wanted to check whether it is real or a fraud activity. And also the letter was delivered by indian post....

Received a message on my inbox that i won a tata safari car. Dayashankar mishra soochna adhikar, head branch tata nagar jhila, jamshedpur, [protected]. When i asked him about how to get the car he asked me for money and my personal information.

Asked for my pan card, adhar card and photo.

I needa complaint to be filed and investigated. This is highly sensitive. Attached below are details....

I got a certificate of achievement of online shopping lucky draw from shop clues shop clues and scratch card through by post and claimed that i am one of the winners of the draw. It came through indian postal system and given a number for address verifications. The no is [protected]. I want to know is there any such lucky draw or it totally fake? I have received a letter from Shopclues, telling you have won 1 lakh rupees, and there is another scratch card, it was written you have won 10 lakh rupees along with a SMS code, in the guidelines it was mentioned to contact the helpline number. I have contacted them and asked to give my bank account details, so that they could transfer me 11 lakh rupees within 24 hrs. One day later i have a got a call that i should pay a service tax amount...

Yesterday.. I have received a letter from shopclues... Which was describing that.. I have won a 15 lakh of worth money prize.. It was given by post man... Please take fast action about this issue... Not only people loose money... But also this company named shopclues also looses its respect.. And please spread awareness to people that not to believe this kind of non - sense......

Today morning i received a message from shop clues saying that i have won ist prize in the lucky draw which is a tata nexon car or amount equivalent i. E 6, 20000 rupees. I also got a call from them saying that i have to pay 3, 500 for registration. I felt it was authentic and transferred the money to the account provided by them, after that i also paid them 12, 400 for intercity money transfer which they said were refundable when the amount...

A/c-[protected] mr. Jharna sarkar (Sbin0002021) branch name-bhadeswar (Kolkata).. Shopclues mr shanjay sharma. He asked me to pay 5500 rs for getting 10 lack prize maney. And i sent 5500 rs to the above account.. After received money mr shanjay sharma replied sorry gst i should pay 22000 rs to the previous account. I am a doctor.. But they cheated me.. So i deleted shopclues from my account. I will never buy anything from this cheating company......
