I've been trying to buy adidas slippers from shopclues and they have been delivering me 7 sized slippers instead of 6 sized, although it is stated on the bill that the product is of size 6 but the product is of size 7 for the third time in a row after returning and reordering. I have also talked to costumer care representative on the phone about this but then too i've been receiving the wrong product. Please try to resolve the issue....

We place a order with order no.[protected] for 2 amway nutrilite daily 120 tablets & payment online netbaking dated 03/01/2018 for rupess 2898/- only but our order delivered by xpressbees courier on dated 08/01/2018 with no. Awb no.[protected] and we recived in parcel only 1 pack of 120 tablets. We are already paid for 2 & payment & order recipt enclosed so please send our one more 120 tablet pack as soon as possible....

After placing the order i got 500rs.in mobikwik wallet but in the wallet there are showing that you can use only 10% of your wallet mean only 50 rs. Shop clue delivered defective product. I asked to take return. But they told it is warranted product, so you asked service centre.
How i accept damaged product. If i use that product, then failure occur means i can approach service centre. Shop clue delivered defective product. So kindly advised shop clue to take return that product and refund my money...
