I had ordered 3 dresses from shopclues on 29th october, 2017 under order id[protected],[protected],[protected] for rs. 444/- rs. 454/- and 457/-
The dresses delivered to me on 3rd and 4 th nov.
Subsequently i had lodged return request due to wrong size.
Post which i have been receiving messages from shopclues that pickup attempted but could not pick up.

Sir i was requesting you from over 20 days for refund my money into my bank account from shopclues buck. But i was upload my bank detail 2 times but everytime you customer care representative say your bank details was not uploaded. What can i do. And customer care representative is also lie to customer they will not send a ticket number to my email id....

I purchase a asus zenphone 2 from shopcluse.com but when i received the product and open the box then i saw that the display of the mobile has a defect so i go to my nearest service center but the executive of the service center told me that the warranty period was over in 2016. So what should i do now shopcluse send me a defect product although there is no return and replacement policy over there. So actually they are selling scrap product...

I think there is no need of customer care in shopclues as they have a habit of saying not possible for everything.
Recently i ordered 7 curtains of 4 by 7 order no.[protected] which i ordered for refund the very next day as i didn't like the colour and quality and even i found out that the length i require is 9 feet.

So my point is :
1. Viewing an item online and then getting the very exact thing varies and it not...

Shopclues courier boy has cancelled order 2 times without visiting the place.
This is disgusting experience for me from shopclues. Also there is not a single call from shopclues for apologize. There is no need of customer to shopclue, so also quiet from shopclues also not suggest to anybody to purchase from them.
