I have bought 40inch sony led from Flipkart. I had to gift it to my friend when my product reaches my home I opened parcel and checked Led that I bought from Flipkart It was looking good but, I hadn't switched on led. after couple of days I gifted that led to my friend when my friend switched on led then he called me and said the led defected.
I have a register that complains to sony and they told me they will send their engineer....

I purchased LED TV with Model name KDL-42W900B, product 8D N0. 18617901 and serial no. 3282828. This TV has colour and sound distortion.

I contacted Sony Customer care centre on 27.3.2016 at 9.30AM and requested for sending the tecnical perosn and told that the TV is in Warranty and I have Warranty Service Coupon. He was not willing to send the service person and he simply disconnected.

I own Sony Xperia z5 premium dual. USB Cable of my charger was not working since a while and that's why when I came to chennai for a trip I gave my USB cable to Sony service center placed at prince plaza, pantheon road. I gave them my USB cable yesterday and also reminded them that I would be leaving chennai by Saturday night so that they can return me my belonging within the scheduled time.
