i have sbbj atm and i got transuctin in oriental bank of commerce and i did transuction of 1500 rs .i dint get cash but ammount deducted from my account please consider my problem and help me out .i will be highly oblized thanking you....

ATM Withdrawal

Respected sir,

I attempted to withdraw an amount of Rs. 2, 000/- from Amer road, Jaipur (SBBJ Branch) ATM on 03/08/2009 around 6.00PM. Neither the cash nor the statement was dispensed. But later I found that the money had been reduced from my account. A complaint had been registered with my branch SBBJ, Secretariat, Jaipur (RAJ.) but no good response was given by the authorities.
Kindly do the needfull at the earliest...

activation of internet banking

i got net banking activated for my account, but whenever i try to login into my account, it says invalid username and password. i have never logged in before and using the username and password supplied with the net banking kit, but still the problem is persisting....

Mishandling of Foreign bank cheque by State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur and Ineffective/Indifferent Banking Ombudsman

I deposited a cheque in Canadian Dollars for CAD 250 to my SB account with Ashoknagar Branch, Chennai-60083 of State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur on[protected]. The bank has sent the check initially to an US bank and after one month sent to a Canadian Bank, but on Collection basis, instead of normal Clearance basis, which is adopted by all banks in India for small valued SB Cheque. Rude behavior and and No response

I have approached to SBBJ Pilani, inquiry cell about the internet banking service and about the ATM card, there was no such personnel to reply about the same, even from the inquiry counter.the person sitting in the counter simply says, "if the person is not there, why you people come and irritate me".
the person sitting in the inquiry came to his seat at 3:30pm, as he was suppose to be ther at 2:00 pm

A/c Limit has increased without any notice

Hi,

My dear friend has a current A/c in State bank of Bikaner and Jaipur(Meerut branch).At the time of opening the A/c the minimum limit of keeping the money was Rs.5000 which later on has increased to Rs.10000 without any prior notice/Information. The same thing we have asked from bank manager (Meerut) and as per him the notice was written on the notice board and the same was also their on our website.
