I ordered one item from Amazon on 3rd October'19 & it was a headphone but i didn't receive the product & it got returned back to seller. Now when it came to my refund as i did an online payment for that, Amazon is saying that they have initiated the refund on 9th October'19 & they said that the amount will be credited within 4-5 business days. But till now i am facing the problem for...

I ordered in amzon but i return this product and i want my refund but afterv1 month did not get my money when i call amazon then amazon said that they refund my money but my account not credited
When i went in bank they said that amzon did not refund the money
After 1 month i did not get my money
Sir please help me i want my refund as soon as possible

I am using a sbi acvount for the last 10yrs. I dont know why for the last few days its showing your account has been blocked even when i used my card for transaction its showing inoperative account which means its not in use for more than two years but its my salary account. I ordered a sweatshirt from amazon but i returned it because of size matter, so amazon has to refund but still it did not credited to my account. I had chats with amazon and state bank of india. Amazon told me that we have initiated your refund from 18 oct. And they also provided me reference number which they got from sbi. But i talked to sbi and they are telling me that we do not know about this and we are not able to tell you this information....

I have requested to my SBI bank to link aadhaar to my bank account. It is not activated yet in NPCI mapper.

I approached my LPG dealer they have advised me to approach Bank

I want to bring your attention towards the frauds which is doing by the sbi credit card department to their customers.

In 2016 a sbi credit card was issued to me that i complaint to close it due to wrong commitments. There was no due on it and it was closed.

In 2019 sbi credit card department issued me another card without my concern even i was not aware of it.

A refund of 299 rupees was successfully processed on 30 september, 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now. I have called the state bank of india customer service and also visited the state bank of india main branch including the unique reference number, but nobody resolved my problem, no action being taken. I had received an email from sbi advising me that old magnetic strip cards will be deactivated and hence need to apply for electronic chip debit cards with improved security features.

Since i was using my first debit card (Issued at the time i opened my salary account in sbi in the year 2006 and it had no expiry date), i applied for a replacement card at my home branch and got my card replaced....

I have been issued a credit credit from the state bank of india and the card number being [protected], and i have been facing continuous harassment from the state bank of india regarding the credit card payment to be made which is due for than the prescribed time. I have been facing some issues in my business and i have further requested them that i will deposit the amount with them in the next following month...

I have taken a home loan from sbi, kormangala branch.
Loan has been disbursed. But then, they have forcefully added a property insurance one time premium of around 70, 000 thousand rupees to the total loan sanctioned amount.

A refund of 1208 rupees was successfully processed on 19.10.2019 to my bank account by myntra. The amount should have been credited to my account by now but it has not credited till now.
I contacted with myntra customer support they said to canctact the bank customer support as they have already initiated the refund.br...

I have lost job and not keeping well for few months now, hence missed the payment couple of months. This recision is getting worse. Hence i am asking for a settlement with bank and there is no proper response from the bank side apart from asking us to give our contact number so that they can reach. I contact many times state bank customer care but nobody resolve my problems....

I settled my card on 22/03/2019, the last repayment amount was rs.4820 through check. Due to some account related issue some amount was deducted from emi amount and the amount not deducted from bank to sbi card. But i received a sms that sbi card payment done, it reflect on sbi card apps statement. But when i checked my bank accounts the amount was not deducted.
