otp thru inb not received thru registered email id.

Banking account transactions thru internet banking facility requires otp received by sms on my registered mobile. While leaving for usa (Where the indian mobiles operators do not work) an another option, that the said otp may be sent to me thru my registered email id, simultaneously has been changed by me thru my inb profile page and got approval in turn. I booked a railway tatkal ticket from irctc on 23 september 2019 from howrah to kanpur in train no. 12301 for 21 october 2019, but i cancelled my ticket on 4 october 2019.in my irctc account, it is showing that amount has been refunded but i haven't get the amount in my account.

unethical money debit from my account

Dear sir
Today i got a message"bw-scisms:your a/c xxxxxxx4532 has a debit by %a0transfer of rs 147.50 on 13/10/2019". I want to know why the deduction happening all the time.
I have trust in state bank of india but if this unethical things start to happen what shall we do. We must be careful always. The bank authority should be careful dealing with the customers details otherwise we will lose trust from the banks.

late fee charged wrongly on my credit card

I have balance transfer to my sbi card on 31/08/2019 which due date is 29/10/2019 for rs 41038/-, I have booked balanced transfer for 60 days which fees rs 820/- already paid by me. bank charged me late fee wrongly on 11/10/2019. I have already talk to customer care but they told us to make payment .
