Pls note that i issued 01 cheque no. 576618, same was bounced twice. Even the balance was okay. Inr 177 was deducted on 26-02-19 then we visited our home branch, but they don't have any explanations & reason and told us that deposit again, then again it was bounced back and inr 177 was deducted on 01.03.2019.

Finally, we used the same cheque for rtgs on 05.03.19...

I had put written complaint for cancellation of cpp but somehow they managed to amend the cancellation to be 'cancellation on expiry' and now denying to refund the money. Initially bank manager told money would be refunded by 22-apr but today when i called customer service they straight away denied of any immediate cancellation request and spoke rudely....

Had provided sbi with the complete kyc documents for opening of my sbi saving account ([protected]), to my horror they have been used again in sbi for opening another account ([protected]) at other location.

When tried contacting the sbi about the same they kept me running from pillar to post from my home branch to sbi customer support. No reply on reminder emails....
