Water pump not working...

Dear Sir/ Mam,

I had raised service complain at varanasi - 221206 on dated 21 feb. for PCB issue in my symphony cooler winter i.

The call was attended by technician on dated 22 Feb at my house and replaced the material as per attached bill.

The charges are too high mentioned in the bill.

I want to know the chages levied in the bill are genuine or not.

Varanasi service...

Having too much noise while running the cooler like a big machine form the day of the purchase...

Please register a complaint on Symphony company as they have not responded on warranty of Air cooler and didn't provide any service of initial checking. I have complained twice on the company portal but of no use. Power is not shown in LED panel and no working condition is seen within a year. Providing spare parts are also their resposibility which is not acted upon. So based on Indian Panel rules and regulations, please take complaint on...

today, I have buy a symphony Diet 50i cooler in Kota (Rajasthan) from Vasudha Agency vide bill no. 5579 on dated[protected].

when I come to my home and installed the cooler after filling the water, the water cooler show a water leakage in bottom tap. and also throw water from front side.

So, in this context, I am requested to you kindly replace my cooler as soon as you can so that I can enjoy...

The cooler has not been working properly for the past 1 year and the customer service is completely useless. All the technicians come and tell we will come again with parts and then never return. Never seen such a horrible customer service. Please do not go for symphony coolers. Worst customer service ever experienced. Complaints remain open for more than 8 months yet no response simply because the part changed before is again spoilt within...

Worst experience ever, I have canceled my order with this company next day, still they ship my order and after I cancel my order they do not accept the return even if I have returned it before it reach my city. Nor they initiated the refund which is near about 10K. Do not place any order with this compnay their customer service is worst. I have lost my 10K. I had purchased symphony air cooler Touch 35 on 23.04.2021.

Poor service support of symphony. My product was out of warranty and called symphony engineer visited(17/Aug/2021 to replace motor. My hi cool cooler was functioning properly before replacing motor. Symphony engineer didn't handle cooler property and made touch panel faulty and put that onus to customer. Pathetic service and behavior of the engineer. Do not buy symphony product.

Purchased the same cooler fromM/S.Paras Furniture & Electronics, Station Road Tundla, Distt: Firozabad, vide their Invoice No.126/20.04.2021, from last 20 days it's water pump is not supplying water, complaints to Mr.Ajay Kumar, your local Service centre person, Firozabad but always speaks, water pump is not in stock then who is responsible for it, we purchase it for summer or winter pls tell us, is this good behaviour of a branded coller...

Coller not working...

I have purchased Symphony Storm 70i on 08.04.2021.At the time purchased one of the moving bar front of the cooler was broken & I issued the complained to the distributor and also to your customer service center. But till now my complained was not solved. Already 4 months completed but complained wasn't solve. Very poor service from your side. If my complain is not solved, I will register a complain in consumer court....

I bought it one week ago and pump stopped working not after complaint two week passed away still no technician. I have not seen such worst customer service so I never buy any kind of symphony product in future and also not suggest anybody to go for it it's totally money watage...

Symphony service very very poor they only want to sell thier product but some problem exist in product they never show thier face I complaint about pump not working after ten days puchase of cooler but still two week later they didn't send thier technician Now I regret about my decision to buy such garbage cooler. I will never buy again any kind of symphony product...
