signal issues and no technical support!!

The service provided by Tata sky is pathetic. I would never suggest someone to buy this kind of service. I was not receiving signal on my Tata sky box..and on the other hand few channels are working..I contacted Tata sky around 2.10pm and it's 7.00 still no response..this kind of company who doesn't know customer satisfaction should be closed.!! Pathetic!...

I have took Tata sky connection last month, They provided holiday humgama offer for me .
When i logged in holiday hungama web site it is showing invalid user name and password .I called to call center they said, my subscription id was not in tata sky data base .
I called manager(Rakesh [protected]) and junior employee (Rachana ) .They are not responding and not lifting the phone also,

Tata sky has disconnected DDsports live transmission of FIFA World Cup final on the name of Supreme Court hearing... on the contrary jio is airing in ddsports as well... why do Tata sky betrays it’s Customers. It’s balatant exploitation on part of its customers.
What’s the problem of TATAsky to disconnect DDSPORTS intentionally to hurt it’s customers which cannot be supported by any means...

sharp practice on the use of their helpline

On returning to my home, I called the helpline number shown on their screen to reactive the transmission service. This reactivation was done satisfactorily within a couple of hours.

charged for changing the super lnb

I have tata sky (No hd) (6 years old purchased set - subscriber id-[protected]). I was facing no signal issue for more than 3 days so i raised a complaint with tata sky.

Post analysis, technician told me to replace the lnb as my dish had universal lnb instead of super lnb and this will cost 570 rupees! I discussed with him that if this was the lnb which should have been for set-top box then why did they installed the other...

I recharge my tata sky id for your 11+ 1 plan on 6 jan 2018 my nxt recharge time is 6 jan 2019. But after six month one ur exicutive call to me u have not activated ur account for one year plan.
